The base cloth 15 at the lower part of 2 is fed in the direction of the arrow by the feed dog 11, and the sewing machine needle 16 penetrates the base cloth 15 together with the pile thread 17, and when the pile thread 17 descends below the base cloth 15, it swings to this portion. The moving looper 6 scoops the pile thread 17. Next, when the needle 16 moves up, the pile yarn 17 becomes a loop and is locked by the looper 6, and the feed dog 11
As a result, the base cloth 15 is fed by one pitch and the looper 6 returns.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to prevent the thread from slipping out even if the cloth is sent in any direction and is sewn and the pile is formed on the upper part of the base cloth. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic embroidery sewing machine by tuft sewing, which can be seen clearly, and the height of the pile can be changed without the pile falling.

Means and a ring-shaped cloth receiver for receiving the base cloth stretched on the hoop, and the upper part of the hoop is a looper which swings in conjunction with the vertical movement of the needle bar, and its driving means, On the outside of the looper, a plurality of cloth pressing protrusions for pressing the upper part of the base cloth received by the cloth receiver against the cloth receiver are provided, and a sewing machine needle penetrating the base cloth by the looper is provided on a side part of the looper. After scooping the pile yarn on the side of the, forming a loop on the upper surface of the base fabric that moves with the hoop, and then providing a blade to cut a single loop immediately after the loop formation to make a cutting pile. , Looper And any height position of the tool and the presser foot projection was also employed as the structure capable of adjusting the height of the pile as adjustable.

In FIG. 8 (I), the sewing machine needle 33 into which the pile thread 21 is inserted is stretched on the embroidery frame A as shown in FIGS. The base cloth 25 is pierced, and it passes through between the projections 73 upward to reach the top dead center, and the looper 40 is at the most rear end position.

As shown in (III), it further advances, but at this time, the thicker portion of the looper 40 having a larger cross-sectional area passes while expanding the loop. However, at this time, the supply of the pile yarn 21 is restricted by the action of a balance (not shown), and as a result, the thread tension becomes slightly tight and the seam is properly tightened.

The blade 50 descends and cuts the pile yarn 21 as shown in FIG. 8 (V). After the cutting tool 50 moves to cut the pile yarn 21 as described above, the sewing machine needle 33 and the balance are both raised, so that the pile yarn 21 is not pulled down.

The length c on the opposite side of the cutting blade 35 is longer than the length b on the side of the cutting tool 50. That is, the pile yarn 21 on the side of the sewing machine needle 33 becomes long, which prevents the yarn from coming off.

Since the upper portion is only pressed by the plurality of cloth pressing protrusions, the area required for holding the base cloth is extremely small, the function of the base cloth is facilitated, and the formed pile is not likely to be fallen down. Furthermore, since the height of the pile can be freely adjusted, it is possible to obtain a three-dimensional pattern of piles having different heights.
