(Prior Art) As a conventional drainage joint pipe, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-120018 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-11798). This is because the upper and lower ends are openings for connecting the vertical drainage pipe, and an enlarged portion that is larger than the vertical drainage pipe is provided between the upper and lower openings. Is provided with a sloping portion that gradually shifts inward in the radial direction, and the sloping portion is provided with a blade for swirling the flow-down drainage. Further, a drift guide is provided inside the ampullar part for guiding the downflow drainage to one side of the ampulla part and guiding it to the blades. As a result, the downflow drainage is made to swirl to flow down along the inner circumference of the drainage pipe, and the air core along the pipe axis is formed in a vertically penetrating manner, thereby eliminating the rise in pipe pressure due to drainage downflow, It is intended to prevent problems such as breakage of trap sealing water of drainage equipment connected to. Further, the swirl imparting vanes are provided in the expanded diameter portion, so that the drainage pipeline is not narrowed, and the rise of the internal pressure due to the blockage of the pipeline due to drainage is prevented.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional one, since the drift guide is inside the enlarged portion, if the vertical dimension of the enlarged portion is small and the drainage descent distance is small, the drainage is sufficiently deflected to one side. As a result, the blade cannot be guided to the swirl imparting blade, and it becomes impossible to sufficiently prevent the rise in the pipe pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the vertical dimension of the enlarged portion to some extent, which is a waste of material.

本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とする。 The present invention aims to solve the above problems.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention is characterized in that it solves the problems of the prior art.
3, and between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3, an enlarged portion 5 that is larger than the vertical drainage pipe 1 and an inclination that is connected to the lower portion of the enlarged portion 5 and gradually decreases in diameter downward. In the drainage pipe joint, the portion 6 is provided, the opening connection portion 11 of the lateral branch pipe 4 is provided in the enlarged portion 5, and the blade 7 that gives swirlability to the flow-down drainage is provided in the inclined portion 6. At the lower part of the upper opening 2, there is provided a drift guide 9a formed by an inclined surface 10 that gradually shifts in a drift direction as it goes downward in order to impart swirlability to the drainage flowing down from the standing drainage pipe 1. There is a point.

(Operation) Since the flow-down drainage from the vertical drainage pipe is given swirlability by the non-uniform flow guide 9a, compared to the conventional one in which the flow is simply biased to one side, the vertical distance can be reliably reduced. The drainage water can be guided to the lower blade 7, and the blade 7 imparts the swirling property again to form a reliable swirling flow, which flows to the lower standing drainage pipe.

(実施例) 以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき説明する。(Example) Hereinafter, the Example of this invention is described based on drawing.

In the drainage joint pipe according to the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper and lower ends are the connection openings 2 and 3 of the vertical drainage pipe 1. The upper end of the standing drainage pipe 1 is a ventilation pipe that extends to the roof of the building and opens.

A space between the upper and lower openings 2 and 3 is a cylindrical enlarged portion 5 that is larger than the vertical drainage pipe 1. The lower portion of the enlarged portion 5 has a gradually smaller diameter as it goes downward, and is an inclined portion 6 that gradually shifts inward in the radial direction as it goes downward.
The inclined portion 6 is provided with a blade 7 for swirling the flow-down drainage.

Further, the enlarged portion 5 is provided with an opening connection portion 11 with the lateral branch pipe 4, and drainage from a drainage device (not shown) such as a toilet flows into the enlarged portion 5 through the lateral branch pipe 4.

Then, between the upper opening 2 and the enlarged portion 5, the enlarged portion 5
It is a straight pipe portion 8 having a smaller diameter than that of the standing drainage pipe 1. On the inner surface of the straight pipe portion 8, a drift guide 9 is provided for guiding the downflow drainage to one side of the enlarged portion 5 and guiding it to the vanes 7. The nonuniform flow guide 9 is formed by integrally projecting a plate-shaped member 9a, 9a in which a plate-like body is projected radially inward from a portion of the inner surface of the straight pipe portion 8 which is orthogonal to the nonuniform flow direction, and a portion facing the nonuniform flow direction. 9b which is protruded to the bottom, and is formed by an inclined surface 10 that gradually shifts in the direction of the non-uniform flow as it goes downward.

According to the above configuration, the downflow drainage is provided on the slope 10 of the uneven flow guide 9.
By flowing down along the flow path, the flow is deflected to one side before flowing into the enlarged portion 5, is guided by the swirl imparting vanes 7 and flows down as a swirl flow. As a result, the drainage flows down along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, and an air core is formed vertically through the pipe axis.
The rise of the air pressure inside the pipe due to the flow of wastewater is prevented, and the breakage of the sealing water trap of the drainage equipment is prevented. At this time, since the drainage is diverted by the non-uniform flow guide 9 before flowing into the enlarged portion 5, it is possible to reduce the vertical dimension of the enlarged portion 5 as compared with the conventional case, thereby eliminating waste. Further, there is no problem that the drainage water from the lateral branch pipe 4 collides with the non-uniform flow guide 9 and flows backward, and the sealing water of the trap is not polluted.

FIG. 3 relates to the second embodiment, and is formed by bulging the enlarged portion 5 to one side, and the pipe axis of the expanded diameter portion 5 is one with respect to the pipe axis of the standing pipe 1. Eccentric to the side. Other configurations are the same as those in the above-described embodiment and are denoted by the same reference numerals.

FIG. 4 relates to the third embodiment, and the difference from the first embodiment is
The enlarged portion 5 is divided and formed by the upper and lower members 5a and 5b, and is connected via the connecting portion 12. Further, a plurality of blades 7 are provided. Others are the same as those in the first embodiment and are shown by the same reference numerals.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, since the downward drainage from the vertical drainage pipe is imparted with the swirling property by the non-uniform flow guide 9a, the vertical drainage in comparison with the conventional one in which the flow is simply biased to one side. Even if the distance is shortened, it is possible to reliably guide the drainage to the lower blade 7, and the blade 7 gives the swirlability again.
It becomes a reliable swirling flow and flows to the vertical drain pipe at the bottom.
