That is, when the power supply train line is relatively new and there are few irregularities in the longitudinal direction, the current collecting shoe can obtain good follow-up characteristics, but wavy uneven wear develops in the longitudinal direction as the power supply train line is used for a long period of time. Then, if the current collecting shoe, which slides at high speed, cannot follow the tilting displacement of the small spring and collides with the convex part, there is a problem that the current collecting shoe instantaneously separates from the power feeding train line. .

The electric shoe is formed of a flat plate member whose plate surface slides on the power feeding train line, and the maximum width of the plate surface of the flat plate member sliding on the power feeding train line is larger than the width of the power feeding train line. It is formed to have a wide width, and the length along the vehicle traveling direction is formed to be longer than the maximum width of the plate surface, and elastic bodies are provided at two positions in the longitudinal direction of the current collecting shoe at intervals. The elastic members are supported by a shoe support member parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle, the shoe support member is further supported by a suspension member, the suspension member is pivotally supported on the vehicle body, and the current collecting shoe is attached to the suspension member. The means for pressing against the power supply train line is provided.

In addition to a means to press the current collecting shoe against the power supply train line,
Since the support member supports the two portions of the current collecting shoe, which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, via the elastic body, the current collecting shoe can be set in the longitudinal direction even with respect to minute unevenness in the traveling direction of the power feeding train line. Since the current-collecting shoe easily inclines along the unevenness as it makes contact with somewhere, it has good followability to the power-carrying trolley line and never separates. A current collector is obtained. Further, since the current collecting shoe is supported by a supporting member parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle, even if the sliding resistance of the current collecting shoe is generated by the frictional force with the power feeding train line, the current collecting shoe is fed with power. The component force that lifts up from the trolley wire is not generated, and the current collecting shoe can be prevented from reaching the disconnection line.

It is formed to be wider than the width W of the trolley wire 9, and the length L along the vehicle traveling direction is formed to be longer than the maximum width W'of the plate surface (L≈240 mm or more). Further, both ends of the flat plate material along the vehicle traveling direction are bent so as to be separated from the power feeding train line 9 in order to mitigate a hit when the power feeding train line 9 passes through the joint. Further, in order to reduce the weight of the current collecting shoe 8, the plate material is made as thin as possible (9 to 12 mm), and the maximum width W'is, as shown in FIG. The width W of 9 is selected to be slightly wider than the width W of the electric train 9 so that the sliding of the electric train 9 does not come off even when the train runs horizontally.

Since the shoe 8 is supported by the shoe support plate 7 via 4, the current collecting shoe 8 can easily follow and incline to the irregularities of the power feeding train line 9, and thus can follow the power feeding train line 9. The characteristics are improved, and the disconnection phenomenon can be effectively prevented.

It is possible to prevent the current collecting shoe 8 from being separated due to the generated sliding resistance without causing a component force for floating the current collecting shoe 8. If the current collecting shoe 8 is not supported by a supporting member parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle, but is supported by a curved supporting member, a component force due to the sliding resistance is generated to cause the current collecting shoe 8 to move. Allowing for easy tilting, allowing for uplift and leading to derailment. Therefore, the current collecting shoe 8 is supported by a member parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle, and the tension shoe 6 presses the current collecting shoe 8 against the power feeding train line 9, so that the current collecting shoe 8 can be pressed against the unevenness of the power feeding train line 9. Tracking of 8 is performed by two sets of rubber rings installed at intervals in the vehicle traveling direction, so that stable current collecting characteristics can be obtained.

The current collecting shoe 17 is formed to be longer in the vehicle traveling direction than in the width direction. This has the same shape as the current collecting shoe 8 in FIG. 1 and has a structure in which it is fixed with bolts 19 on a shoe support 18 having an extremely thin plate thickness to improve impact resistance.

Since it is formed to be wide and the length along the vehicle traveling direction is longer than the maximum width of the plate surface, some part of the current collecting shoe must be in contact with irregularities in the traveling direction of the power feeding train line. As a result, it is possible to obtain a current collector in which the electrical disconnection phenomenon is prevented.

The sprung weight can be lightened, and the rubber arranged on the support portion that supports two points in the longitudinal direction of the current collecting shoe acts in the compression direction when the current collecting shoe is pressed against the power supply train line. Therefore, since there is no problem such as rubber cracks and the spring constant can be freely selected, the spring constant can be made suitable for following the power supply train line. At the same time, since the rubber is hollow and the support rod 10 is loosely fitted, it has a cushioning ability in the traveling direction of the vehicle. as a result,
By reducing the weight, selecting an appropriate spring constant, and buffering ability, it is possible to easily incline the current collecting shoe with respect to the unevenness in the traveling direction of the power feeding train line 9 to improve the followability, and to prevent the above disconnection phenomenon. It can be efficiently prevented.

Since no force is generated, the disconnection phenomenon of the current collecting shoe 8 can be prevented.
