FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged perspective view in which a part thereof is broken. Reference numeral 1 denotes an inner bag made of a breathable material, the inside of which serves as a storage portion 2 for food and other water-retaining objects. As this breathable material, a paper material such as a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a breathability or Japanese paper can be considered.
It is even better if these materials are translucent or opaque. In order to form these breathable materials into a bag shape, a synthetic resin material that can be heat-welded to the material is used, or two breathable materials having the same shape as the thin film are formed on the inner surface of the outer peripheral portion, for example, CPP. If a thermoplastic adhesive such as a sealant is impregnated, adhered, or a film capable of being heat-welded is attached, and the entire outer peripheral portion provided with this adhesive or the opening 55 described later is left,
Inner bag 1 made of breathable material with the inside containing section 2
Can be formed.

As this non-breathable material, it is preferable to use a film obtained by laminating a polyethylene film and a polyester film in consideration of heat resistance and the like, but it is not particularly limited, and a conventional non-breathable film, for example, heat Any plastic synthetic resin film can be used. It is more preferable that these films are transparent materials. By stacking these non-breathable materials on the inner bag 1 and adhering the outer peripheral portion excluding the ventilation small holes, which will be described later, to the outer peripheral portion of the inner bag 2 by the thermoplastic adhesive or heat welding,
A buffer chamber 4 is formed between the outer surface of the inner bag 1 and the inner surface of the outer bag 3 in a non-adhesive state.

Therefore, even if an adhesive is not provided on the inner surface of the inner bag 1, the thermoplastic adhesive or the like provided on the inner surface of the outer bag 4 can be heat-welded to allow the adhesive to pass through the inner bag 1 The inner bag 1 and the outer bag 3 can be formed in a short time by bonding them together. Incidentally, an opening 55 for accommodating a water-retaining object such as food is formed in the accommodating portion 2 of the inner bag 1 by leaving a proper place when the outer peripheral portions of the inner bag 1 and the outer bag 3 are bonded. After the object to be accommodated is accommodated in the opening 55, the edge of the opening 55 is sealed with the adhesive or the like indicated by the broken line in the figure to make the outer peripheral portion of the bag substantially sealed.

る。Reference numeral 6 in the figure denotes a small hole for ventilation which is provided so as to communicate with the outside of the bag from the buffer chamber 4 and the inner bag 1. The ventilation small holes 6 are formed by providing a non-adhesive portion on a part of the outer peripheral portion of the outer bag 3 when the outer peripheral portion of the bag is adhered when the outer bag 3 is formed. The ventilation small hole 6 is basically good as long as it has the same effect as a ventilation hole formed in a conventional steamer or the like for releasing the internal pressure to the outside because the internal pressure of the bag is increased by heating. . However, in the present invention, if the ventilation small hole 6 which is the non-adhesive portion is set to have a diameter of 3 mm to 8 mm in a front view, the outer small bag 3 and the inner bag 1 are formed into a film shape, and the small ventilation hole is formed. No. 6 has a valve function capable of unidirectionally ventilating when the difference between the internal pressure of the buffer chamber 5 and the external pressure of the outer bag 4 becomes equal to or more than a certain level, and is closed when there is no certain pressure difference. As compared with the conventional ventilation hole that can always be ventilated, the ventilation can be performed only when necessary, so that the contained object can be heated more quickly and the ingress of outside air is prevented.

Although various kinds of foods are selected as the foods to be stored, it is preferable to store frozen foods and retort foods among them. As these frozen foods and retort foods, baked rice balls, musi bread, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc., water retention existing as conventional frozen foods and retort foods, that is, all foods that retain or adhere to water. It can be the object.
After these foods are accommodated in the accommodating portion 2, the accommodating port is adhered or adhered by the same heat welding means as the heat welding portion 5 is formed to cover the entire circumference of the inner bag 1 and the outer bag 3. The packaging bag is externally sealed by leaving the ventilation small holes 6 behind. In addition, since the contained object is a food, the material of the inner surface of the inner bag 1 and the outer bag 3, the thermoplastic adhesive used for heat welding, and the like are harmless to the human body. Similar to food.

Water contained in the contained object A is generated outward as steam as shown by an arrow in the figure, and the steam passes through the inner bag 1 and contacts the inner surface of the outer bag 3, Since the outer bag 3 does not allow water vapor to pass therethrough, only the outer bag 3 expands and a space is formed between the inner surface of the outer bag 3 and the outer surface of the inner bag 1 as shown in FIG. . Since water vapor is sequentially introduced into the buffer chamber 4, the outer bag 3 naturally expands further as shown in FIG. 7, and when the inside of the buffer chamber 4 becomes a constant pressure, the ventilation small hole 6 also serves as a check valve. 8, the water vapor in the buffer chamber 4 is automatically discharged to the outside as shown in FIG. 8, the pressure inside the buffer chamber 6 is reduced, and the outer bag 5 contracts in the state of FIG. 5 or 6. Such an action is repeated until the contained object A has an appropriate temperature. At this time, although water vapor is released from the vent holes 6 to the outside of the outer bag 3, it is not completely released, but the inner surface of the outer bag 3 or the outer surface of the inner bag 1, that is, the buffer chamber 4.
Water adheres to and remains as water droplets. The water droplets are prevented from penetrating into the inside by the material of the inner bag 1, so that moisture does not directly adhere to the surface of the object A to be adhered and sticky.

Then, when the food or the like contained in the inner bag is cooked by, for example, a microwave oven, the steam generated by heating can be released to the outside, the water content is adjusted, and the water droplets attached to the buffer chamber are discharged by the inner bag. Since it does not directly adhere to the contained object, it is possible to prevent the surface of the contained object after heating from sticking due to moisture. In addition, since the inner and outer bags themselves are thin-film bags, they can be stored in a much smaller space than conventional molded products such as synthetic resin containers, and at a low cost, they can be stored. The present packaging bag can be used for each item, and can be used as a preferable packaging bag particularly for an object to be contained such as food that requires high hygiene. Further, even if the food is a frozen food containing a large amount of water on the surface and the amount of steam generated during heating is large, the surface of the food after heating does not become sticky, so it is more effective in the case of these frozen foods. is there. Further, if the inner bag and the outer bag are made of a transparent or translucent material, it is possible to cook while observing the cooking condition of food or the like from the outside.
