Although such a defect can be alleviated by using an antifoaming agent, it is necessary to treat the antifoaming agent itself, so that it cannot be used in a large amount and the defoaming effect is naturally limited.

A defoaming device comprising a water sprinkler disposed above and a gas-liquid separator having an exhaust port, wherein the gas-liquid suction pipe and the water sprinkler are provided via a gas-liquid separator provided in front of the water sprinkler. And the bubbles that float on the water surface are sucked into the gas-liquid delivery pipe from the gas-liquid suction pipe together with the treated water, and the bubbles on the lower part naturally move due to the pressure from the upper part due to gravity. An air lift pump is formed by branching an air supply pipe to the gas-liquid delivery pipe so that the treated water in the gas-liquid delivery pipe is delivered to the gas-liquid separator side while being eliminated. Achieved by a liquid reflux type defoamer.

The float is provided with an opening having a detachable lid so that the position of the opening of the gas-liquid suction pipe (1) can be adjusted by appropriately inserting water or sand. In order to keep the gas-liquid delivery pipe (2) as vertical as possible and to prevent bubbles from being sucked into the gas-liquid suction pipe (1), it is preferable to have two floats. Further, in order to prevent the bubbles from adhering to the float, it is preferable that the distance between the floats is 400 mm or more, and particularly about 450 mm.

In the middle of the process, the bubbles on the lower side are pressed and crushed by the pressure from above due to gravity, and disappear. The treated water that does not contain bubbles is delivered to the gas-liquid separator (3) by an air lift pump. The new bubbles generated by the air lift pump delivered with the treated water are released from the water in the gas-liquid separator (3), and at this moment, the bubbles are broken, so that the gas in the bubbles is separated from the gas in the gas-liquid separator. Branch pipe (7) opening above (3)
Through the exhaust port (8). The bubble-free liquid that has passed through the main pipe (9) of the gas-liquid separator (3) is delivered to the sprinkler (4) and sprayed on the water surface of the wastewater treatment tank (10). This sprinkling has the effect of eliminating large bubbles in the wastewater treatment tank and collecting the bubbles toward the gas-liquid suction pipe (1) to facilitate the suction. Therefore, it is preferable to install the sprinkler (4) so that bubbles do not collect around the wastewater treatment tank (10).

Even if it is a fixed type gas-liquid suction pipe, it is not necessary to frequently adjust the position of the opening. Further, even if the bubbles are not completely defoamed in the first gas-liquid circulation, this circulation is continuously repeated, so that the bubbles can be completely defoamed in a short time.
