離(L′1,L′2)が互いに直交する二方向で異なり、
かつ、前記回転軸芯(Z)からほぼ等距離を隔てて相反
する両方向に位置する外縁のうち、前記回転軸芯(Z)
からの距離(L′1,L′2)が遠い箇所の外縁が、この
分草回転体(21)の回転軌跡円に沿う滑らかな湾曲面に
