陽極及び陰極との接触を良くするための突出導電部3aが
導電部3に形成されている。4,4′は基板1上に同様の
方法で形成された回路パターンからなる導電部で、この
パターンは導電部3と電気的に接続されている。すなわ
ち、これらの導電部3,4は銅箔の接着や印刷、金属箔の
貼着及びメタリコン,スパッタリングなどを行い、エッ
