の鉄板による梱包工程をなくす一方、製品コイルの錆発
生を防止したコイルの生産技術を提供することを目的と

たこととなり、この部分に錆が生じても、これを切り取
ることによってわずかの歩留り低下に留めることができ
るという原理に基づいている。本発明は、特に、仕上圧
延後の板厚が切断機の切断可能な板厚より厚い場合に、
切断部を薄肉にして高速切断する場合には、肉厚不整に
より当然切り取るべき部分を梱包材として用いるのでこ
のために歩留低下を招来することとはならない。
