The present invention, in particular, when the plate thickness after finish rolling is thicker than the cuttable plate thickness of the cutting machine,
When cutting at a high speed with a thin cut portion, the portion that should be cut is used as a packing material due to the irregular thickness, and therefore the yield does not decrease.

The strip 1 is wound up by a winder 6 through a finish rolling mill 2, a downstream cooling facility 4, and a strip high speed cutting machine 5 provided on the outlet side. Further, a hydraulic pressure reduction device 3 having a reduction speed of about 5 mm / sec is installed on the stand of each finish rolling mill.

I was able to. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the plate thickness of the rolled portion in this way. The strip 1 advances in the direction of arrow 11 and the plate thickness t of the position 10 to be cut becomes 4 mm, so that the plate thickness T 1 (16 mm) From the length L 1 (about 4.5 m) to a thin wall, and then rolling the thin portion by a length l (about 6 m), then length L 2 (about 4.5 m)

That is, in the case of the prior art in which the rolling is performed for each unit coil, the portion of the strip tail end that is to be the packaging material is not subjected to tensile force, so if this portion is thinly rolled, a camber or the like occurs, and therefore the packaging material is Cannot be used effectively as In comparison, endless rolling does not cause camber,
It can be partially rolled to a thin wall.
