Therefore, a decorative cloth prepared in advance is temporarily attached by a double-sided tape or a magnet to a portion corresponding to a portion where the cloth is to be attached to the resin molded product of the injection molding die surface, A method of manufacturing a distributed distribution molded article at low cost by injecting molten resin into the mold after that can be considered, but there is a concern that the injection pressure at the time of injection of the resin may cause displacement of the fabric. I was having a hard time.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention uses first and second dies that can be opened and closed by dividing the outer surface of an injection molded product and a third mold having a core that molds the entire inner surface of the injection molded product. By arranging these first, second and third molds in order and forming a molding space for injecting resin between the first and second molds and the third mold when all are closed An injection molding apparatus having a die group configured as described above, wherein a regulating rod extending in the direction of the other die is planted in one of the first die and the second die, and the regulating rod is provided. A protrusion is provided in the vicinity of the tip of the second mold, and the protrusion is abutted on the other mold so as to restrict the first and second molds from moving away from each other. One of the second and third molds is provided with a fitting member projecting toward the other mold, and the fitting is performed. A cloth is inserted between the first mold and the second mold by providing the other mold with a receiving portion for integrally holding the second and third molds by inserting the material. A cloth setting device for tensioning items is arranged, and the second and third molds move integrally with each other with the fitting member fitted in the receiving portion during the mold opening operation after injection molding. After the gap between the first mold and the second mold is opened, the protruding portion of the regulation rod is brought into contact with the contact portion and the second portion
The first mold is fixedly installed so that the fitting member is disengaged from the receiving part and the gap between the second mold and the third mold is opened when the movement of the mold is stopped. In addition, the present invention provides an injection molding apparatus characterized in that a moving means for moving the third mold toward and away from the first mold is provided.

According to the injection molding apparatus configured as described above, when the cloths inserted between the first mold and the second mold are stretched by the cloth setting device, the first, second, and 3 Open the mold,
A cloth for decoration is inserted between the first mold and the second mold, and the cloth is stretched by a cloth setting device. After that, when these molds are closed to each other, the cloths slide along the core shape of the third mold into the molding space formed between the first mold and the second mold, and the molding space The outer cloth is the first mold and the second
While being pressed and sandwiched between the molds, a molding space for molding the entire injection-molded product is formed between the cores of the first and second molds and the third mold.

After the mold is closed as shown in Fig. 2, the sprue bushing 11
When the molten resin is injected into the inner injection path 11a from a nozzle of a molten resin injection device (not shown), the molten resin is molded from the submarine gate 35a by the second mold 20 and the core 31 without forming the cloth 4. flows into the molding space S 1 in which the fabric 4 is present between the space S 2 and the first mold 10, and the cloth 4 is bonded by the anchor effect molten resin which has flowed into the molding space S 1 is on the surface of the molding The molten resin that has flowed into the molding space S 2 is molded without attaching a cloth.

When the first stage mold opening operation is performed after the molten resin is cooled and hardened, the elastic member 37 fixed to the stopper pin 36 fixed to the movable plate 35 is fitted into the taper hole 20c of the second mold 20. Since the movable plate 35 is engaged with the rear end of the molded product P attached to the core 31, as shown in FIG. 3, the second mold 20, the movable plate 35, and the movable side mold plate 33 are connected to each other. After that, when the movable side mounting plate 32 of the third mold 30 on which the movable side mold plate 33 is fixed is slightly retracted by the second stage mold opening operation, the second mold 20 is locked by the stopper pin 21. Since the movable plate 35 is also coupled to the second mold 20, the movable plate 35 cannot be moved, and the core 31 resists the adhesion force with the molded product P and releases the molded product P from the mold.

Accordingly, the second mold 20 and the movable plate 35 are springs.
The urging force of 34 causes the molded product P to move to the left in the figure, and as shown in FIG. 4, the head 36a of the stopper pin 36 is moved.

After that, the movable side mounting plate is moved by the third stage mold opening operation.
When 32 is further retracted, the second mold 20 will be stopped pin 21.
Since the stopper pin 36 moves to the right in the figure while still being locked to, the elastic member 37 separates from the taper hole 20c of the second mold, and the third mold 30 moves to the position shown in FIG. Then, the core 31 is completely released from the partial distribution-attached molded product P. By performing such smooth die-cutting, it is possible to easily take out from the second die 20 without damaging the cloth portion of the molded product P.

In addition, when the cloth adhered to the injection molded product has fine mesh, the resin does not penetrate into the surface of the cloth. However, in the case of the cloth in which the resin easily penetrates, the back surface of the cloth may have, for example, a latex or an adhesive. If a backing material such as tape, non-woven fabric, urethane-based or acrylic-based film is lined in advance, the resin will not penetrate into the surface of the cloth stuck to the injection-molded product.

Further, when it is desired to mold a full surface cloth-bonded molded product P'as shown in FIG. 8, between the second mold 20 and the third mold 30 as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. If the cloth 4 is inserted into and the molding is performed in the same process as the case described above, it can be easily manufactured.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, when the injection molding apparatus according to the present invention is used, the first mold and the second mold are set by the cloth setting apparatus.
If you want to stretch the cloth that is inserted between the molds,
A cloth for decoration is inserted between a first mold and a second mold that can be opened and closed by dividing the outer surface of the injection-molded product, and the cloth is stretched by a cloth setting device. After that, all of these molds and a third mold having a core that molds the entire inner surface of the injection-molded product are closed, and the molten resin is injected into the molding space formed between the molds. A small amount of manufacturing process, because the cloth is attached only to the outer surface of the injection-molded product molded by the mold and injection-molded Since it is possible to easily produce a distributed distribution molded article, the production cost can be reduced.
