ようにして上記端子13を整流用または共振用回路を構成
する各種電子部品17を組込んだプリント基板14に接続
し、上記位置規制用突起18を上記プリント基板に当接さ
せて、プリント基板14上の各種電子部品17と上記二次巻
線との間隔を両者の絶縁を保つ十分な寸法となるように
構成し、上記一次ボビン11,二次ボビン12に磁心15を組
込み、これらを絶縁ケース16に収納して構成している。

を構成する電子部品を組込んだプリント基板と、上記二
次巻線と上記電子部品をを離間させるように上記プリン
ト基板と当接する上記一次,二次ボビンそれぞれの上記
端子の引出し側に上記一次,二次ボビンから突出して設
けられた位置規制用突起と、上記一次,二次ボビンに組
込まれた磁心と、上記一次,二次ボビンおよびプリント
基板を収納する絶縁ケースとで構成したので、一次ボビ
ン及び二次ボビンに位置規制用突起を設け、これをプリ
ント基板に当接させることにより、高電圧のかかる二次
巻線と整流用または共振用回路を構成する各種電子部間
の絶縁距離を十分保つことができるための位置規制が位
置規制専用治具を使わなくても可能となり、作業性が向
上しコストダウンにもなり、かつ安全性,信頼性の優れ
たものになる。又位置規制用突起を3つ設けることによ
り左右上下方向の力に対してバランスのとれることにな
り、整流用または共振用回路を構成する各種電子部品を
プリント基板へ挿入する工程で同時に一次,二次ボビン
を組合せたものを挿入することが可能となり、後付け作
業がなくなり作業性は向上し工数削減のためのコストダ
ウンをすることができるという効果が得られる。
