Description of the Related Art A conventional capacitor equipped with a safety device uses a deformation of the case that accompanies a capacitor element or an assembly thereof and impregnates and fills it with insulating oil, etc. due to an increase in internal pressure due to gas generated during an internal failure. It is equipped with a safety device consisting of an insulating plate that cuts the current path, leads and metal fittings, and this type of safety device prevents the expansion of accidents due to case rupture, spray oil, fire, etc. in the event of a capacitor failure. Therefore, it has a great effect and has been put to practical use in many capacitors recently.

It is very convenient for security because the capacitor can be automatically released from the power supply, the lamp is displayed, and the alarm is issued by the operation signal without the power factor being lowered without being noticed. Also, since the switch is attached to the outside, it is only necessary to attach the bellows to the case, and it is not necessary to provide a special lead terminal, so the installation is easy and there is no risk of impairing the reliability of the capacitor. It has great industrial and practical value.
