からの排出は、従来、金属中子内蔵の樹脂製品をオイル
バスのオイル中に埋没させるとともに、当該金属中子を
誘導加熱により加熱して溶解し、その自重により流出せ
しめる方法によっている。しかし、溶解金属が完全には
流出せず残って製品内面に付着しており、そのため、こ
の付着して固化した金属を、ショットブラストあるいは
ブラシ等で除去しなければならず、非常に厄介であるな

内臓の樹脂製品を誘導加熱により加熱する誘導加熱手段
と、前記オイルバスのオイルを吸い上げるポンプと、こ
のポンプにより吸い上げられたオイルを前記オイルバス
のオイル中に埋没された前記樹脂製品の中空部に向けて

示すように、内径300mm、深さ400mmのオイルバス(1)
内にオイルを350mmの高さまで貯留するとともに、当該
オイルを150℃の温度に加熱保持し、続いて、融点が232
℃より低い合金で製造するとともに35mm×35mmの正方形
断面を有しかつ90度づつ順に逆方向へ2度折れ曲って全
体として形状を成し重量が約2kgの金属中子(C)
を、肉厚3mmの樹脂で鋳包んだ樹脂製品(W)を、誘導
加熱手段(2)を備えた製品保持機構(3)に傾斜させ
て取り付け、その後、誘導加熱手段(2)と一緒に金属
中子(C)内蔵の樹脂製品(W)を前記オイルバス
(1)のオイル中に埋没させる。なお、誘導加熱手段
(2)は、直径8mmの銅管を直径150mmのコイル状に7回

を変えてノズル(5)からのオイル噴出量を種々変化さ
せたときの結果を示すと、第1表のようになる。なお、
表中、溶融金属流出完了時間とは、オイルが貫流してい
るが、樹脂製品からの溶融金属の流出現象が完了して溶
解金属が樹脂製品(W)から流出しなくなった時点まで
の時間である。また、残留金属の重量(g)とは、オイ
ルが貫流していても、樹脂製品からの流出が止まり樹脂
製品(W)内に残留した溶融金属の重量である。こうし
て金属中子(C)を樹脂製品(W)から排出させた後、
ポンプ(4)の駆動を停止するとともに、樹脂製品
(W)を製品保持機構(3)をもってオイルバス(1)
のオイル中から持ち上げ、樹脂製品(W)を製品保持機

装着されて前記低融点金属中子内臓の樹脂製品を誘導加

イルを吸い上げるポンプと、このポンプにより吸い上げ
られたオイルを前記オイルバスのオイル中に埋没された
前記樹脂製品の中空部に向けて噴出させるノズルと、を
具備したから、オイルバス中で、金属中子を加熱溶解し
た後の樹脂製品の中空部に向けてオイルを噴出させるこ
とによりオイルをその中空部を貫流させることができる
ため、迅速しにして確実に金属中子を樹脂製品から排出
