(Prior art and problems) When manufacturing a resin product having a cavity with a complicated shape, a core formed of a metal having a melting point lower than that of the resin (hereinafter referred to as a metal core) is cast by the resin. It is generally practiced to wrap and make a semi-finished product, and then melt and discharge the metal core. The metal core resin is conventionally discharged from a resin product with a built-in metal core by oil in an oil bath. In addition to being buried inside, the metal core is heated by induction heating to be melted, and then flows out by its own weight. However, the molten metal does not completely flow out and remains and adheres to the inner surface of the product. Therefore, the adhered and solidified metal must be removed by shot blasting or brushing, which is very troublesome. There was such a problem.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the core melting apparatus according to the present invention is a core for heating a resin product having a low melting point metal core by induction heating to melt and discharge the core. And an oil bath with heating means for storing oil, a product holding mechanism for holding the resin product containing the low-melting-point metal core and putting it in and out of the oil in the oil bath. Induction heating means mounted on a holding mechanism for heating the resin product containing the low-melting-point metal core by induction heating, a pump for sucking oil in the oil bath, and oil sucked by the pump for oil in the oil bath. And a nozzle for ejecting toward the hollow portion of the resin product buried therein.

(Function) In this configuration, the resin product with the low melting point metal core is held and buried in the oil heated and held at the required temperature by the oil bath by the product holding mechanism. The low-melting-point metal core in the resin product is heated by the induction heating means to be melted and discharged. Then, the pump sucks up the oil in the oil bath and jets the sucked oil from the nozzle toward the hollow portion of the resin product. Thereby, the molten metal remaining attached to the hollow portion of the resin product can be extruded.

(Example) An example will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, an oil bath (1) having an inner diameter of 300 mm and a depth of 400 mm.
The oil is stored up to a height of 350 mm, and the oil is heated and maintained at a temperature of 150 ° C.
A metal core (C) having a square cross section of 35 mm × 35 mm and having a square cross section of 90 mm and being bent twice in opposite directions twice each to form an overall shape and weigh about 2 kg.
Is attached to the product holding mechanism (3) provided with the induction heating means (2) by inclining the resin product (W) which is cast-in with a resin having a thickness of 3 mm, and thereafter, together with the induction heating means (2). The resin product (W) containing the metal core (C) is immersed in the oil in the oil bath (1). The induction heating means (2) is constructed by winding a copper tube having a diameter of 8 mm into a coil having a diameter of 150 mm 7 times and having a length of 200 mm.

Next, output 10 kw, frequency to the induction heating means (2)
The metal core (C) is heated and melted and discharged by supplying a high frequency current of 10 kHz, and the oil sucked up from the oil bath (1) by the pump (4) is used as a resin product (W).
(5) is ejected toward the hollow part of the resin product, and the rapid flow of the oil caused by the ejection of the oil causes the oil to flow through the hollow part of the resin product (W) and the residual adhered molten metal is removed from the resin product. It is pushed out from the hollow portion of (W) and allowed to flow out (see FIG. 2). Table 1 shows the results when variously changing the amount of oil jetted from the nozzle (5) by changing the rotation speed of the pump (4). In addition,
In the table, the molten metal outflow completion time means the time until the oil flows through, but the molten metal outflow phenomenon from the resin product is completed and the molten metal stops flowing out from the resin product (W). is there. Further, the weight (g) of the residual metal is the weight of the molten metal remaining in the resin product (W) after the outflow from the resin product is stopped even if the oil flows through. After discharging the metal core (C) from the resin product (W) in this way,
The pump (4) is stopped and the resin product (W) is held by the product holding mechanism (3) in the oil bath (1).
Then, the resin product (W) is removed from the product holding mechanism (3) to complete one cycle.

From Table 1, when the oil ejection rate is 140 (/ min) or more, the oil flows through the hollow part of the resin product (W) and the molten metal (metal core) is completely discharged from the resin product (W). I know what I can do. It is also clear that the molten metal can be discharged from the resin product in a short time (45 seconds) by ejecting oil.

Although the nozzle (5) is fixed in the above-mentioned embodiment, the nozzle (5) may be movable so that the oil is ejected while entering the resin product (W).

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention relates to an oil bath with a heating means for storing oil, and a resin product containing the low melting point metal core and holding the oil bath with respect to the oil in the oil bath. A product holding mechanism for loading and unloading, an induction heating means attached to the product holding mechanism for heating the resin product containing the low melting point metal core by induction heating, a pump for sucking up the oil in the oil bath, and this pump. A nozzle for ejecting the sucked oil toward the hollow portion of the resin product buried in the oil in the oil bath, and the resin product after heating and melting the metal core in the oil bath. Since the oil can flow through the hollow part by ejecting the oil toward the hollow part, the metal core is quickly and surely discharged from the resin product. It has excellent effects such as being able to.
