見てほぼ水平な一対の平行線状の接当ないし重合部5C,5

2の内側フランジ部(嵌合雌部)2A,2Aとインナー部材
3のフランジ部3Aが嵌合した処で固着されており、また
アウター部材2のフランジ部2Bとインナー部材3のフラ
ンジ部3Bが重合した処ではインナー部材やアウター部材
と同一組成の溶融した合成樹脂(以下溶融樹脂とい
う。)で融着(接合)されている。これらが接合部5A,5
Bである。なお接合部(嵌合部)5Aは更に中段の横リブ6
Bとも前後に一定の伸縮余裕をもって接合されていても
よいし、接合部(融着部)5Bと置き換える事も出来る。
但し接合部5Bを嵌合部5Aとする時は別に接合部5Bを設け

ポリウレタン等の合成樹脂発泡体を注入発泡させて衝突
エネルギー吸収体の一部とし、更に補強する事も出来

が出来、アウター部材上部のベコツキや変形を抑止する
