【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本願は、簀に展着している海苔の剥離装置に係り、全

が提案されているが、近年に至り例えば特公昭58−2542
8号、実公昭61−45826号又は実開昭63−45195号公報に
示すように、多孔ベルトで海苔を吸引するとともに、簀
を急角度に折曲げる作用との双方の作用によって剥ぎ取
りを行ない、剥ぎ取られた海苔を多孔ベルトに吸着させ
て機外に搬出する装置が主流となりつつある。而してこ
れ等従来装置は海苔を吸着する多孔ベルトと、多孔ベル
トに吸引気流を作用させる吸引装置との夫々を作業の度
毎に、待機位置と作業位置との間で上下動させる共通し
た大きな欠点を有し、構造が複雑となって故障発生の要
因となりメンテナンスにも問題がある。更に上記第1番
目の従来装置は、海苔剥ぎに際し簀の片側を簀枠から着
脱しているので作業に安定性を欠く恨みがあり、又第2
番目及び第3番目の従来装置は、多孔ベルトを簀に対応
させて複数個設け、かつ、搬送専用のコンベア−ベルト
を必要とする等、夫々の装置が固有の問題点を有してい

上側ローラ38の上下動は、図面から明らかなように円弧
運動で、更に取付杆59が斜め下向きになっているので、
簀4を押へ込む際に下側ローラ39の下方に入り込むよう
にして押へ込むので、簀4の折曲げ角度が鋭角となり後

な状態で剥ぎ取られ、第3図に示すように最後退端に至
って剥ぎ作業は終了し、当然に海苔5は多孔ベルト10に
吸着されている。剥ぎが終了すると、移行装置40のシリ
ンダ45が上記と逆に作動して上側及び下側ローラ38、39
が旧に復すると、次いで、上下動装置49と開閉板20とが
略同時に上記と逆方向に作動し、上側ローラ38を旧位置
に上昇させるとともに、開閉板20は凹陥部19に落込んで
いる後側の横杆2aを閉鎖面20aで押し上げながら上昇
し、凹陥部19を閉じて次ぎの簀枠1搬送に備え、又上記
上下動装置49と開閉板20の作動と略同時に、停止してい
た多孔ベルト10が回転を再始し、簀4から剥ぎ取られ吸
着している海苔5を次工程に向けて搬送し、これ等の作
動より一瞬おそく搬送チェーン7が作動し、次の簀枠1
を剥離部8に移送しこれを一サイクルとして連続的に作
業が行なわれる。上記した実施例において予備剥手段29
は、海苔原藻の性状その他作業条件の変化により、海苔

吸引搬送手段の上下動が除かれ、従来装置に比べて極め
て簡単な装置で確実な剥ぎ作業が行なわれるのみなら
ず、剥ぎ作業は人手による手剥ぎの場合と同じ動作であ
るので海苔の破損もなく、後工程への搬送も円滑確実で
ある等、従来装置の欠点を除き望まれる全てを満足する
