(Prior Art) A conventional flow-through type filter has a bag-like member made of glass fiber, synthetic fiber or a combination of these felts as shown in FIGS. , a, and a plurality of sewing threads B that are sewn in the space inside the bag at each insertion portion while leaving a bulge allowance b are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the bag at a predetermined interval, and each sewing is performed. Adhesive c is applied to the insertion thread portions of the opposing material walls a, a at both ends of each bulge allowance b of the thread B, and both ends of each bulge allowance b of each sewing thread B are opposed to each other by drying or curing the adhesive c. It is a type manufactured by fixing it to the walls a and a. Thus, a large number of the blow-off type filters are arranged in parallel in a frame body consisting of an outer frame and a partition frame with their respective rim portions airtightly arranged in parallel to form a unit type for large air flow processing with a large dust collecting area. In general, the blow-away filter A swells due to the inflow of air, but it swells until a predetermined bulge allowance b of each sewing thread B becomes tense as shown in FIG. However, the further bulge is limited, and it is possible to prevent contact between the adjacent blow-off type filters A and obtain a predetermined good air filter action.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above conventional windsock type filter, each sewing thread is fixed.
Since it is necessary to wait until the adhesive is dried or cured, work efficiency and productivity are extremely poor. In addition, since it is necessary to wait for the adhesive to solidify before fixing each sewing thread, after the adhesive applied to one of the facing material walls of the bag-shaped filter is dried or cured, the other is fixed. It is necessary to apply an adhesive to the material wall, and because both ends of the bulging margin of each sewing thread are fixed, it is not possible to apply the adhesive to both facing material walls at the same time. The sex is bad. Furthermore, it is necessary to apply the adhesive in spots at predetermined positions on both ends of the bulge allowance, and therefore it is relatively difficult to accurately apply the adhesive to the predetermined positions, which may result in deterioration of product quality or defects. There are some drawbacks.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a blow-off filter having high workability and high productivity by eliminating the drawbacks of the conventional blow-off filter. , The means is to sew the opposing material walls of the bag-shaped filter with a plurality of rows of sewing threads in the space inside the bag leaving a bulging margin, and to bond both ends of the bulging margin of each sewing thread to the material wall In the method of manufacturing a filter, heat-sealing plastic tapes are laid on both outer surfaces of the wall material along the sewn portion with the sewing thread, and after the sewn, the plastic tapes are heated at the same time so that the exposed sewing thread portion has the entire length. It is characterized by being adhered to.

1 and 2 show a flow-through type filter according to an embodiment of the present invention. (1) shows a bag-shaped filter, and the bag-shaped filter (1) is mainly made of glass fiber felt. The outer surface is made of a material obtained by polymerizing a synthetic fiber non-woven fabric into a body as a back net, and the three peripheral edges except the bag-shaped mouth edge are firmly sewn together. The material walls (1a) (1a) on both sides of the bag-shaped filter (1) facing each other are sewn by a conventional method along the direction of the air flow that flows into the bag from its mouth toward the bottom edge. (2) to the wall (1
a) Insert (1a) in a zigzag shape and sew with leaving bulge allowances (2a) in multiple places in the space inside the bag. Thus, the sewing thread (2) is formed by arranging a plurality of threads in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval in the width direction of the bag, and four threads in the illustrated example.
(3) shows a suspender attached to the bottom edge corner of the bag. The above construction is the same as the conventional one, but according to the present invention, in order to fix both ends of each bulge allowance (2a) of each sewing thread (2), the facing material walls (1a) (1a) thereof are fixed. Each wall of (1a)
Exposed on the outer surface of the sewing thread and arranged in line (2b), (2b)
... The plastics material (4) is polymerized on it, and the plastics material (4) is heat-sealed to the thread portions (2b), (2b) ... and the material wall (1a) (1a) surfaces on both sides thereof by heating. The sewing thread (2) is fixed. That is, both ends of each bulge allowance (2a) of each sewing thread (2) are attached to the material wall (1a).
It is fixed on both sides of the thread that is inserted through the (1a) surface.
Thus, as shown in FIG. 2, when the bag-shaped filter (1) is inflated by the inflowing air during its use, it is bulged by the length of the bulge allowance (2a) fixed to the predetermined length, and this predetermined bulge is provided. Purification of air is performed in this state.

As the plastic material (4) of the present invention, a tape-shaped hot melt film is preferable, and each sewing thread (2) thereof is used.
The exposed sewing thread part (2

The sewing thread (2) can be easily and quickly fixed without any consideration or device for applying an adhesive to each of the insertion portions at both ends of the bulge allowance and fixing the same. Moreover, it is possible to omit the time for waiting for the conventional adhesive to dry and cure, and to fix the sewing threads (2) to the facing material walls (1a) (1a) at the same time. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of rolls (5) (5) for supplying the hot melt film tape (4) and a pair of heating rolls (6) (6) are provided on both sides of the bag-shaped filter (1). Is provided, for example, 20
The hot melt film tapes (4) and (4) are pressed to pass between the rolls (6) and (6) heated to 0 to 250 ° C. to thereby put the hot melt film tapes (4) and (4) into the bag-like filter (1).
Threads (2) on both sides of and the material walls (1a) (1a) on both sides
It can be heat-sealed in a tape shape on the surface. The hot melt film tape (4) has, for example, an APP softening point of 115 to 150 ° C. It should be noted that the heat-fusible plastic material is, as shown in FIG. 4, before the opposite material walls (1a) (1a) are sewn to the bag-shaped filter (1) with the sewing thread (2) as described above. On the outer surface of the facing material walls (1a) and (1a) of the flat filter (1), in the case of the figure, on the outer surface of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, so that the after-sewn sewing thread (2) is superposed on the planned line for sewing, A heat-fusible plastic tape (4) is provided, and this tape (4)
The facing material wall (1a) with the sewing thread (2) from above
(1a) is sewn, and then the bag-shaped filter (1)
The sewing thread (2) is passed through heating rolls (6) and (6) on both sides of the film, or the film (4) is heat-fused by a pair of heating plates (not shown), so that the sewing thread (2) is cut into the material wall (1a) ( 1a)
It may be fixed to.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the material walls of the bag-shaped filter facing each other are sewn together with the bulge margin left, and the entire length of the exposed sewing thread portions of the sewing threads on both sides are aligned with each other by thermal fusion of the plastic tape. Since it simultaneously fixes to the material wall to form a flow-through type filter, the manufacturing time is shortened and the production efficiency is significantly improved compared to the conventional method in which each seam is fixed one by one on each side with an adhesive. Further, according to the present invention, the entire exposed sewing thread portion is reliably bonded to the material wall, and since the sewing thread surely maintains a predetermined bulge allowance, a good filter is not brought into contact with the adjacent filter or member. A product is obtained that works.
