Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、壁板、天井板等の内装材に使用される積層
板の製造方法に関する。

(発明が解決しようとする課題) しかしながら、上記従来技術に於いては、耐薬品性等
を向上させるには、含浸樹脂に高品質の樹脂をブレンド
したり、含浸樹脂量の増加を行う必要があるが、高品質
の樹脂は一般に高価であり、又、樹脂により紙への浸込
性が異なり、最大樹脂含浸量は紙重量の130%程度で、
増加に限度があるという問題点があった。

本発明に於いて使用される熱可塑性樹脂フィルムとし

挙げられ、熱硬化性樹脂含浸化粧紙に当接する面にアク
リルウレタン系プライマーで表面処理するのが好まし
い。

重ね合わせられ、無機質基板1の厚みのばらつきを吸収
する為のクッション材4、4の間に挟まれ、図示してい
ない可動盤と固定盤の間に設置され、内部に過熱蒸気も
しくは熱水を通して加熱されている2枚の加熱盤5、5
の間に挿入され、温度120〜150℃、圧力10〜20kg/cm2
加熱、加圧されて一体に圧着される。

とが出来る。
