Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional technology, if there is no convex portion due to the presence of a pillar or the like in the place where the prefabricated refrigerator or the freezer is arranged, the whole body may be a flat box body, which is another problem. Although there is no pillar, if there is a pillar or the like in the place (inside the building) where it is to be arranged, it is necessary to form an escape recess for escaping the convex portion. In forming this escape recess, prior to performing the assembly work, one of the panels forming a part of the ceiling wall is formed with a notch corresponding to the shape of the convex portion, Form a side wall panel and a bottom wall panel that match the size of the notch. However, when connecting the panels for forming these relief recesses, it is not possible to use the conventional recesses and protrusions and rotary locks, and the end face is made flat and another connection is made. Since it is necessary to connect the members by using members, there is a problem that the workability is poor and the panels cannot be connected in a strong state due to the notch work and the adoption of other connecting members.

(1) is an assembling type low temperature warehouse in which a plurality of heat insulating panels are connected and connected to form a box, (2) is a ceiling panel,
(3) is a side wall panel, and (4) is a floor panel. Each panel has a regular square shape and inner and outer surface members (5) and (6) arranged at a predetermined interval, and this surface member (5).
A foam heat insulating material (7) such as foamed polyurethane filled between (6) and the inner and outer double-sided materials (5) and (6) are arranged at the peripheral ends and formed by extrusion molding of foamed vinyl chloride, for example. It is composed of a frame material. However, when connecting and connecting, the connecting portion is the frame member, and this frame member is divided into one having a concave portion and one having a convex portion, and the convex portion is combined with the concave portion to be integrated. There is a coupling device called a rotary lock (this rotary lock is a pair of a hook body with a hook and a pin body with a pin). Connect and fix the panels to each other. The rotary lock (21) includes, for example, a frame member having a convex portion (this is referred to as a second frame member (9)), the hook body is disposed inside, and a frame member having a concave portion (this is referred to as a first frame member). By arranging the pin body inside the frame member (8) and rotating and hooking the hook of the hook body on the pin of the pin body, both are firmly locked.

Therefore, the four surfaces in the plate thickness direction of the panel have a first frame member (8) having a concave portion and a second frame member (9) having a convex portion, respectively.
Either one of them is arranged. It should be noted that this corresponds to a panel that is not involved in the formation of a relief recess described later. If there is no convex portion due to the presence of a pillar or the like in the place where the assembly-type low-temperature storage (1) is arranged, there is no problem because the whole low-temperature storage (1) can be made into a flat box body. When there is a pillar etc. in the place (inside the building) where there is a protrusion, it is common to form an escape recess to escape this protrusion and efficiently use the installation space. The structure for forming the recess (10) will be described below.

By doing so, at the stage of assembling the cold storage (1), it is possible to combine the concave and convex portions of the panel end faces to firmly connect and fix the panels with the rotary lock (21), and There is no need to perform forming work during assembly, no special connecting member is required,
Easy to assemble, side wall panel (3)
Similar to the connection between each other, the connection site can be flat. On the other hand, when viewed as a single panel having a notch, the end face as the notch is smooth, and the surface positions of the inner surface member (5) and the one surface of the third frame member (17) are the same. Since it is made, a flat surface configuration can be performed as a whole, and a notch can be formed at a desired position depending on the specifications of the surface material division, and the heat insulating panel can be used for a wide range of applications.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a single heat insulation panel produced in a rectangular shape as in the conventional case is not formed with a notch for column escape by a notch operation in an assembling process. Since the notch is formed in the production process, the work for assembling can be reduced. Also,
A frame member having a groove is provided on the inner surface at the time of assembly at the end where the notch can be formed, and a rotary lock is arranged inside the groove. The continuous connection can be made simple and strong.
Further, since the notch portion of the panel is formed with a smooth surface in the production process, the panel as a whole can be flatly finished, the appearance can be improved, and the matching with the conventional heat insulation panel can be improved.
