The cylindrical body 7 has a circular cross section, but may have an elliptical cross section as shown in FIG. Grooves 8 having open upper ends are formed on both sides of the cylindrical body 7 in the vertical direction. The groove 8 is for confirming whether or not the electric wire 3 is inserted when the electric wire 3 is inserted into the tubular body 7, and the elastic force of the tubular body 7 is used to insert the through hole of the ceiling 1. It is elastically contacted with the inner surface of 2 for temporary fixing of the instrument body 4. Screw insertion holes 29 are bored in the covers 21 on both diagonal sides of the cylindrical body 7. By inserting the assembly screws 31 through the screw insertion holes 29 and screwing them into the screw holes 30 of the base 20, The cover 21 will be fixed to the base 20. Further, on both sides of the cylindrical body 7, there are formed through holes 32 through which screws for attaching the instrument body 4 to the ceiling 1 are inserted. Corresponding to this insertion hole 32, the base 20 is also provided with an insertion hole 33 penetrating vertically. Further, an unlock button 23 is provided on the side edge of the cover 21.
A notch portion 21a for exposing the head portion 23b of the head is formed on the upper surface. The cylindrical body 7, that is, the cover 21 may be formed of a transparent resin in order to easily confirm the insertion state of the electric wire 3.

The cover 21 by screwing it into the screw hole 30 of the base 20 via the
Fixed at 20. Here, the cover 21 is attached within the opening surface of the base 20. The base 20 and the cover 21 are generally formed as a unit body 4 which is already integrated. Therefore, the end portion of the electric wire 3 wired on the back surface of the ceiling 1 is led out to the lower surface of the ceiling 1 through the insertion hole 2, and the tubular body 7 of the appliance body 4 is inserted.
The pair of conductors 3a of the electric wire 3 are inserted between the electric wire contact piece 10 and the lock spring 9, and the conductor 3a and the electric wire contact piece 10 are contact-connected. Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the conductor 3a
The upper piece 9a and the lower piece 9b of the locking spring 9 are elastically contacted with each other, and the conductor 3a is elastically contacted with the wire contact piece 10 by the biasing force.
The upper piece 9a of the chain spring 9 is locked to the conductor 3a of the electric wire 3 to prevent the conductor 3a from coming off. Locking spring 9 and connecting part
The wire contact piece 10 of 22 is a storage recess 24 formed on the upper side of the protrusion 28.
It is arranged inside and the height of the instrument body 4 is lowered. When the instrument main body 4 to which the electric wire 3 is connected is pushed up and abuts against the lower surface of the ceiling 1, the tubular body 7 is located in the insertion hole 2 of the ceiling 1, and the elastic force of the tubular body 7 causes the tubular body 7 to move to the ceiling 1 By elastically contacting the inner surface of the insertion hole 2, the instrument body 4 is temporarily fixed to the insertion hole 2. Next, from the bottom surface of the base 20, using the tap screw 34, the insertion hole 3 for the base 20 and the cover 21 is formed.
It is screwed and fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling 1 through 2,33. At this time, the cylindrical body 7 of the appliance body 4 is positioned inside the insertion hole 2 of the ceiling 1 as shown in FIG. 4, and the electric wire 3 and the ceiling material are insulated from each other. This state is shown in FIG. Furthermore, by inserting the plug blade 5 of the cap 6 attached to the tip of the cord from the lighting fixture side into the insertion port 19 of the fixture body 4 and rotating the plug blade 5, the plug blade 5 becomes the blade of the connecting portion 22. Sliding contact is made between the contact pieces 11 and 12 of the receiving spring 13, and the blade 5 and the blade receiving spring 13 are electrically connected. Then, the lighting fixture is directly attached to the lower surface of the ceiling 1. Since the fixture body 4 is formed thin, the gap between the lighting fixture and the lower surface of the ceiling 1 is reduced.
When disconnecting the wire 3 from the base 20, tap screw
Remove 34 and pull the instrument body 4 downwards.
The head 23b of the unlock button 23 exposed at 21a is locked by the lock spring 9
When pushed to the side, the protruding piece 23a of the unlock button 23 causes the upper piece 9a and the conductor 3
By releasing the lock with a, the conductor 3a can be pulled out.

May be one, or two or more may be formed. FIG. 6 shows the case where three grooves 8 are formed,
When the cylindrical body 7 broken by the groove 8 is inserted into the insertion hole 2 of the ceiling 1, it is pushed inward from the inner surface of the insertion hole 2 as shown by the arrow in the figure, and the repulsive force of the cylindrical body 7 causes the instrument body 4 to move to the ceiling 1 It is configured to be temporarily fixed to the insertion hole 2 of. Further, when the knurled portion 35 is formed on the outer surface of the tubular body 7 as shown in FIG. 6, the temporary fixing action to the insertion hole 2 of the ceiling 1 of the instrument body 4 becomes more effective. . FIG. 7 is a view showing a mounting state of the instrument body 4. Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when the projection 36 for temporary fixing is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the cylindrical body 7, the effect of temporary fixing becomes more remarkable.

By sliding between 2 and overcoming the protrusion 11a, the blade 5
Is elastically sandwiched from both sides by the contact pieces 11 and 12, and the blade 5 is more surely contacted and connected. Since the connecting portion 22 thus formed has a single-sheet structure, it has good electrical contact.

A cap that is connected to the lighting fixture arranged on the lower surface of the ceiling and is rotated inside the blade to make a contact connection with the connecting portion and that is detachably attached to the fixture main body from the lower surface of the fixture main body. In the ceiling wiring device, since the tubular body made of an insulating material that is placed in the ceiling insertion hole and through which the electric wire is inserted is provided on the upper surface side of the instrument body, the tubular body of the instrument body is inserted into the ceiling insertion hole. By inserting the electric wire through this cylinder and connecting the instrument body and the conductor of the electric wire,
It is not necessary to form a knockout part for inserting the electric wire attached to the lower surface of the ceiling as in the past, and the height of the main body of the fixture can be lowered by that much. Therefore, the lighting fixture was attached to the ceiling surface. In this case, it is possible to reduce the gap between the ceiling surface and the lighting equipment, and it does not give a sense of incongruity as in the past.In addition, since the tubular body is made of an insulating material, the insulation protection of the wire is perfect. It has a certain effect.

In a ceiling wiring device consisting of a cap that is connected to the lighting device and is rotated inside a blade disposed inside to make a contact connection with the connection portion, and is detachably attached to the device body from the lower surface of the device body, 2 in the above connection
Two blade receiving spring pieces are provided, and one blade receiving spring piece is provided with one contact piece having a protruding portion for holding the blade, and the other blade receiving spring piece is brought into pressure contact with the wire conductor by the locking spring With the other contact piece that holds the plug blade of the cap between the one piece and the contact piece of the one blade receiving spring piece, the one blade receiving spring piece and the other blade receiving spring piece are integrally formed. Since it is connected, the electric wire contact piece and the blade receiving spring piece are integrally formed, and the double blade receiving spring piece is integrally connected, so that the entire connecting portion has an integrated structure that ensures electrical contact. Since the blades can be reliably connected, the contact reliability can be improved.
