できるものではなかった。[Prior Art] Conventionally, a buffer solution is known to have a buffering effect in a specific pH range by using a weak acid and its salt or a weak base and its salt. When adjusting this buffer solution, the buffer solution can be obtained by neutralizing a part of the weak acid or weak base with a base or an acid, but it is difficult to adjust the pH delicately. It has been known that a weak base and its salt should be used. It has been known that the use of amino acids and salts thereof also has a buffering effect in a buffer solution containing amino acids,
In these buffers, the low release index (pKa) of the carboxyl group in the amino acid was 4 or less, and the pKa of the amino group was 8 or more. . However, the skin pH is generally 5.0-
It is said that it is about 6.5, and the cosmetics using the above-mentioned buffer solution have a drawback that they put a heavy burden on the skin. Further, it is known to use an acidic amino acid and a basic amino acid to obtain a buffer solution having a pH of about 5.0 to 7.0, but delicate pH adjustment is extremely difficult and not always satisfactory. .

It has been found that this object can be achieved by mixing with an amino acid salt, and the present invention has been completed based on this finding.
