2. Description of the Related Art Up to now, most rain gutters have been made by press molding a metal material or by casting. This was because it was easy to mold and could be provided at low cost, but due to its material, it was used in the coastal areas and had the drawbacks of corrosion and collapse due to salt damage, and it was also used in snowfall areas. However, the problem of deformation and damage due to snow load arises, and therefore the installation condition of the rain gutter on the eaves of the rain gutter changes from the state intended at the time of installation, and it is not possible to maintain the prescribed running water gradient and drainage of rainwater. As a result, the function is remarkably hindered, and there has been a problem that even if the rain gutter remains, it causes a rain leak phenomenon everywhere around the eaves.

The present invention was developed and completed in order to solve the above problems, and its structure is basically composed of a finger portion, a base portion, and an arm portion connecting them. The details are as described below. That is, a groove-shaped cross section of a rain gutter, for example, an arc-shaped cross section or a box-shaped cross section, can be held from the outside, for example, if it is a rain gutter with an arc-shaped cross section, the rain gutter with the same arc-shaped or box-shaped cross section. Is bent into a box shape and has a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the outer periphery thereof, a base portion that is attached to the eaves, and a restorative material. , U-shape, "shi" shape, etc., is formed into a bent shape capable of storing a restoring force, and a gear portion is formed at the tip, and an arm portion integrally connecting the base portion to the base portion is formed. The reinforcing rib provided on the outer circumference of the gear receiving portion and the gear portion of the arm portion, which are integrally formed at appropriate places, are combined and can be disassembled so as to be connected to each other so as to be a restoration gutter receiving device. The finger part can adopt the well-known shape that has been adopted so far, and is formed in a structure in which reinforcing ribs are integrally formed on the outer circumference of the wide main body part so as to stabilize the holding state with the rain gutter. The reinforcing rib is formed integrally with a gear receiving portion that meshes with a gear portion, which will be described later, so that the angle can be adjusted. If necessary, the finger portion may be incorporated with a structure that elastically fits into proper positions of both gutters, or may have a structure in which a wire or other attachment material is combined.
Also, as the material, any material can be adopted as long as it does not hinder the holding structure, but a plastic material advantageous for corrosion resistance and moldability, if possible, described later It is desirable to use a material that has the same excellent resilience as the arm part of the. The base part has an appropriate structure that enables attachment to the eaves of the building, for example,
For eaves with a wooden nose cover, a plate with nail holes formed, or for eaves without a hidden nose, where the rafter mouth is exposed, it is sharpened like a nail and has a rafter mouth. It is possible to adopt an appropriate structure such as a structure that can be driven into a car or a strip shape that can be nailed to the side of a rafter. The arm is made of a resilient material such as plastics material or metal spring material, or a material in which they are appropriately combined, or a plastics material mixed with glass fiber as necessary. It must be formed as a bent shape such as an S-shape, a U-shape, and a "shi" shape in the side surface, which is advantageous in that it is formed and stores its restoring force. . The base part is connected and integrated with the base part by an appropriate means, and a gear part is formed at the tip and meshes with the preceding gear receiving part to adjust the vertical in-plane angle of the finger part. It is designed to be possible. Each of the above-described components can be formed as an integral unit in advance, or can be formed as a structure as shown in the following embodiments, in addition to the components being completed and assembled and joined together. .

[Embodiment 1] The drawings shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 are perspective views each having a semi-circular side surface. Reinforcing ribs 11 are formed on the outer periphery and left and right upper ends are formed. As a separable structure, the finger portion 1 formed with the fitting grooves 12 and 13 for elastically fitting the upper reinforcing edge of the rain gutter and the tip of the arm portion 3 integrally formed with the base portion 2 are combined. This is due to some typical structures of the gutter receiver of the present invention according to the formed embodiment. First, in the case of FIG. 1, the rear side of the reinforcing rib 11 of the finger portion 1 is formed wide, and the gear receiving portion 14 and the fitting protrusion 15 are formed in the protruding portion thereof, and the plate-shaped base portion 2 is formed. The tip of the arm portion 3 which is integrally formed from the lower end edge and is bent to form a U-shape on the side surface, and the gear portion 31 having the connection hole 32 are appropriately selected for the combination angle, and the connection hole 32 is formed first. Mating protrusion 1
5 are fitted and fitted into the gear receiving portion 14, and the finger portion 1
This is an example of a gutter support that is connected and integrated. In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes a nail hole for nailing the base portion 2 to the cover of the eaves. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the gear receiving portion 14 of FIG. 1 is provided substantially at the center of the lower portion of the reinforcing rib 11 of the finger portion 1, and the middle portion thereof is bent sideways into an S-shape. The structure in which the tip gear part 31 of the arm part 3 is fitted, and the base part 2 has the nail holes 21 and 21 which enables the nailing to the rafter exposed at the eaves. In this example, the base portion 2 and the arm portion 3 are integrally formed as in the example of FIG. In FIG. 3, the finger portion 1 and the base portion 2 are the same as those shown in FIG. 1, and the connection position between the tip gear portion 31 of the arm portion 3 and the gear receiving portion 14 of the finger portion 1 is different. This is not the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 but an example of the structure for accumulating the restoring force of the arm portion 3 in the shape of a "shi" which is bent in a large bow shape.

In the gutter receiver of the present invention having the above-described structure, the arm portion 3 is made of the restorative material, and the side shape is S-shaped, U-shaped, and "shi" -shaped. Since the structure is formed by bending into a bending shape that can store equal restoring force, even if the rain gutter is subjected to the snow load due to snow accumulated in the provisional winter period in the snowfall area,
The arm part 3, which is U-shaped or "shi" -shaped, is deformed to a large extent due to its restorative property and naturally falls the accumulated snow and ice, and then the shape of the arm is surely restored to its original state. Since it is possible to restore the rainwater, when the snow disappears and the season returns to normal, it does not change anything from the beginning and rainwater from the roof can be drained normally. is there. This action also leads to the effect of preventing deformation and destruction of the rain gutter, and the rain gutter can be used for many years, and the economical effect of saving replacement work costs due to damage can be exhibited. Becomes In addition, if the arm 3 is deteriorated in resilience during many years of use, the return angle is changed, the rain gutter cannot be kept horizontal, and the tip side is slightly lowered. Sometimes, you can easily change the meshing condition of the gear receiving part with the gear part and make it possible to adjust it horizontally again, and if the arm part unfortunately gets tired or damaged, those parts It also has the additional feature of being able to easily replace only. In particular, in the gutter receiving device shown in the embodiment, the excellent features of the present invention described above can be fully exhibited, and the structure can be mass-produced by adopting plastics material or recycled plastics material. Therefore, it can be provided as an excellent product that can be provided at an inexpensive price comparable to that of iron material gutter receivers up to now. As described above, the restoration gutter receiver of the present invention has an extremely remarkable effect which could not be realized by the conventional gutter receivers, and can be economical, especially in the snowfall region. It is expected that it will be highly evaluated as a receiver.
