- Fe2O3가 35.0~51.0몰%,CuO가 1.0~35.0몰%,NiO가 38.0~64.0 몰% 및,Ca가 0~0.3wt%(0은 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,CoO를 0~0.7wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료.
- Fe2O3가 35.0~51.0몰%, CuO가 1.0~35.0몰%, NiO가 38.0~64.0몰% 및 Ca가 0~0.3wt%(0은 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 산화물 자성재료를 마련하는 단계와,Ca3(PO4)를 0~0.5wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 상기 산화물 자성재료에 더 함유시키는 단계와,상기 산화물 자성재료를 소성하는 단계를,구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,CoO를 0~0.7wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 함유시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료의 제조방법.
- Fe2O3가 35.0~51.0몰%, CuO가 1.0~35.0몰%, NiO가 38.0~64.0몰%, Ca가 0~0.3wt%(0은 포함하지 않음)를 함유하는 산화물 자성재료의 소결체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌크형 칩부품.
- 삭제
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 산화물 자성재료의 소결체는 CoO를 0~0.7wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌크형 칩부품.
- Fe2O3가 35.0~51.0몰%, CuO가 1.0~35.0몰%, NiO가 38.0~64.0몰%, Ca가 0~0.3wt%(0은 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 산화물 자성재료의 소결체를 포함하는 적층형 코일부품.
- 삭제
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 자성재료의 소결체는 CoO를 0~0.7wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 코일부품.
- 제 9항에 있어서,Ag 또는 Ag와 Pd의 합금을 주성분으로 한 도체로 구성된 내부도체를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 코일부품.
- Fe2O3가 35.0~51.0몰%, CuO가 1.0~35.0몰%, NiO가 38.0~64.0몰%, Ca가 0~0.3wt%(0은 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 산화물 자성재료의 소결체를 마련하는 단계와,전기도체층 또는 전기도체로서 소결체에 이용하는 Ag 또는 Ag-Pd합금의 주성분을 갖는 내부도체를 마련하는 단계와,880 ℃∼920℃로 산화물 자성물질과 내부도체를 소성하는 단계를구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩부품 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 13항에 있어서,CoO를 0~0.7 wt%(0은 포함하지 않음) 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩부품 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,ZnO가 0~10.0몰%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료.
- 제 4항에 있어서,ZnO를 0~10.0몰%(0은 포함하지 않음) 함유시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,ZnO가 0~10.0몰%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌크형 칩부품.
- 제 9항에 있어서,ZnO가 0~10.0몰%(0은 포함하지 않음) 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 코일부품.
- 제 13항에 있어서,ZnO를 0~10.0몰%(0은 포함하지 않음) 함유시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩부품 제조방법.
