Claims (6)
- 차량프레임의 프레임 부재 상에 장착되고, 충돌에 의해 발생된 응력파를 순차적으로 측정함으로써 충돌을 감지하는 복수의 응력파 감지센서와,상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서의 출력을 받아서 작동신호를 발생시키는 전자제어장치와,상기 전자제어장치의 작동신호에 따라 가스를 발생시키는 가스 발생기, 및상기 가스 발생기의 가스가 내부로 공급됨에 따라 전개되는 에어백을 포함하며,상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서는 차량의 충돌 시 발생되는 응력파가 전파되는 경로인 자동차 프레임 또는 크래시 박스의 부재 상에 소정 간격으로 응력파의 전파경로를 따라 순차적으로 각각 설치되고,상기 전자제어장치는 상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서 각각에서 공통적으로 충돌 판단기준 이상의 응력을 출력하고, 또한 상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서의 출력이 상기 응력파의 전파경로를 따라 순서대로 입력될 때에, 차량 충돌로 인식하여 상기 작동신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 응력파 감지센서를 이용한 자동차 에어백 시스템.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서는 일정 형상을 갖는 센서 모듈 박스에 순차적으로 내장되고, 상기 센서 모듈 박스가 상기 자동차 프레임 또는 상기 크래시 박스에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응력파 감지센서를 이용한 자동차 에어백 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서는 프레임 부재의 변형에 의한 전기적 저항의 변화를 검출하여 응력파를 순차적으로 측정하는 스트레인 게이지(strain gauge) 또는 압전현상을 이용하여 응력파을 순차적으로 측정하는 압전소자형 감지센서 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 응력파 감지센서를 이용한 자동차 에어백 시스템.
- 삭제
- 차량의 충돌에 의해 자동차의 프레임 또는 크래시 박스를 따라 전파되는 응력파를 자동차 프레임 또는 크래시 박스의 부재 상에 소정 간격으로 응력파의 전파경로를 따라 순차적으로 각각 설치되는 복수의 응력파 감지센서로 순차적으로 측정하는 단계와;상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서 각각에서 공통적으로 충돌 판단기준 이상의 응력을 출력하고, 또한 상기 복수의 응력파 감지센서의 출력이 상기 응력파의 전파경로를 따라 순서대로 입력될 때에, 차량 충돌로 인식하여 전자제어장치에서 작동신호를 출력하는 단계; 및상기 전자제어장치의 출력신호를 기반으로 가스 발생기를 작동시켜서 에어백의 내부로 가스를 공급하여 상기 에어백을 전개시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응력파 감지센서를 이용한 자동차 에어백 시스템의 작동방법.
