Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 필터의 단부도.
도 3a는 한쪽 부분에 개구가 있고 다른쪽 부분에 개구가 없는 시트이고, 도 3b 및 3c는 도 3a의 시트를 롤링하여 형성된 튜브이다.
도 4a는 2개의 천공부 밴드를 갖는 롤링된 망상 금속 시트이고, 도 4b는 도 4a의 물품에 와이어를 권취한 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 망상 금속 제조 장치를 사용하여 개구들의 인접한 행들 사이에 서로 다른 간격을 갖는 다양한 개구 피치의 망상 금속 시트를 제조하고, 상기 다양한 개구 피치의 망상 금속 시트를 사용하여 상기 금속 필터를 제조하는 것을 포함하는 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 금속 필터는 자동차 에어백의 가스 발생기용 금속 필터인 것인 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 다양한 개구 피치의 망상 금속 시트는, 시트가 상기 망상 금속 제조 장치를 통해 이송되는 속도, 천공 속도, 신장량, 및/또는 시트가 선택적으로 평탄화되는 양을 다양하게 함으로써 제조되는 것인 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법.
- 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 망상 금속 시트를 사용하여 상기 금속 필터를 제조하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 망상 금속 시트는 망상 금속을 제조하는 장치를 사용하여 제조되며, 상기 장치는,
(i) 횡방향으로 인덱싱된 펀치, 및/또는
(ii) 상이한 펀치 크기를 갖는 다수의 펀치
를 포함하는 것인 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 금속 필터는 자동차 에어백의 가스 발생기용 금속 필터인 것인 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서, 금속 필터의 강도를 향상시키기 위해 금속 필터에 와이어를 권취하는 것을 포함하는 금속 필터의 포개짐을 감소시키는 방법.
