Description
도 2는 유압 셔블의 전동 시스템과 유압 시스템의 구성을 도시하는 블록도이다.
도 3은 도 3중의 메인 컨트롤러에 의한 엔진 시동 제어 처리를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 4는, 제1 실시 형태에서, 엔진 상태, SOC, 충전 촉진 정보, 엔진 시동 중지 정보, 엔진 정지 금지 정보의 시간 변화의 일례를 도시하는 특성 선도이다.
도 5는 제2 실시 형태의 메인 컨트롤러에 의한 엔진 시동 제어 처리를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 6은, 제2 실시 형태에서, 엔진 상태, SOC, 엔진 정지 금지 정보의 시간 변화의 일례를 도시하는 특성 선도이다.
도 7은 제3 실시 형태의 메인 컨트롤러에 의한 엔진 시동 제어 처리를 나타내는 흐름도이다.

Claims (5)
- 엔진과,
상기 엔진에 기계적으로 접속된 전동기와,
상기 엔진에 기계적으로 접속된 유압 펌프와,
상기 전동기에 전기적으로 접속된 축전 장치와,
상기 축전 장치의 전력 잔량을 검출하는 전력 잔량 검출 수단과,
상기 전동기를 사용해서 상기 엔진을 시동할 때, 상기 축전 장치의 충방전 범위의 하한값을 낮추는 엔진 시동 제어 장치,
를 구비한 건설 기계에 있어서,
상기 엔진 시동 제어 장치는,
통상의 충방전 범위의 하한값인 제1 하한값과, 적어도 한번은 상기 엔진을 시동할 수 있는 전력량분만큼 상기 제1 하한값보다 작은 값인 제2 하한값을 갖고,
상기 축전 장치의 충방전이 가능한 전력 잔량의 범위를 상기 축전 장치의 충방전 범위로서 정하는 충방전 범위 설정 수단과, 오퍼레이터에게 통지하기 위한 엔진 정지 금지 정보를 출력하는 정보 출력 수단을 구비하고,
상기 전력 잔량 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 전력 잔량이 상기 제1 하한값을 하회할 때 오퍼레이터에게 통지하기 위한 충전 촉진 정보를 출력하고,
상기 엔진이 시동 중인지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 엔진이 시동 중이라고 판정했을 때, 상기 축전 장치의 충방전 범위의 하한값을 상기 제2 하한값으로 설정하고,
상기 전력 잔량 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 전력 잔량이 상기 제2 하한값을 하회할 때, 상기 엔진을 정지하고 엔진 시동 중지 정보를 출력하고,
상기 전력 잔량 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 전력 잔량이 상기 제2 하한값을 상회할 때, 상기 엔진의 시동을 완료했는지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 엔진의 시동이 완료되었다고 판정했을 때, 상기 축전 장치의 충방전 범위의 하한값을 상기 제1 하한값으로 설정하고,
상기 전력 잔량 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 전력 잔량이 상기 제1 하한값을 하회할 때이며, 상기 전력 잔량 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 전력 잔량이 차회 엔진 시동에 필요한 전력 잔량에 대하여 불충분하다고 판정했을 때는, 상기 엔진 정지 금지 정보를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동하는 유압 액추에이터와,
상기 유압 액추에이터에의 구동 명령의 유효와 무효를 전환하는 로크 장치를 더 구비하고,
상기 정보 출력 수단은, 상기 구동 명령이 유효할 때는 상기 엔진 정지 금지 정보를 출력하지 않는, 건설 기계. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유압 액추에이터에의 구동 명령을 출력하는 조작 장치를 더 구비하고,
상기 정보 출력 수단은, 상기 조작 장치가 조작되고 있을 때는 상기 엔진 정지 금지 정보를 출력하지 않는, 건설 기계. - 삭제
