- 하기 순서의 층으로 구성된 스택을 포함하며:
- 제1 전기 전도성 층을 포함하는 제1 전극(2),
- 교류 전기장의 적용에 의해 산란 상태와 투명 상태 사이를 가역적으로 교호하는, 액정(3a) 및 스페이서(3')를 함유하는 전기활성 층(3)으로서, 마이크로미터 두께 T0을 갖는 활성 층,
- 제2 전기 전도성 층을 포함하는 제2 전극(2'),
전기활성 층이 제1 전극 쪽 또는 제2 전극 쪽의 투명성에 의해 가시적인,
액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 101, 110, 120)로서,

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 중합체성 배리어 층이 최대 25 μm의 0이 아닌 두께 T1을 갖는 투명 필름(4)이고, 제2 중합체성 층이 존재하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 900, 101, 110, 120, 130).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 중합체성 배리어 층이 최대 20 μm의 0이 아닌 두께 T1을 갖는 투명 필름(4)이고, 제2 중합체성 층(4')이 최대 20 μm의 0이 아닌 두께 T2를 갖는 투명 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(600, 700, 800).
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 유전성 기판(1)이 투명하고, 제1 전극 및 하기 중합체: 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 셀룰로스 중합체 또는 합성 라텍스로부터 선택된 제1 중합체성 배리어 층을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 유전성 기판(1)이 투명하고, 투명한 제1 전극을 보유하며, 제1 유리 시트 또는 제1 투명 중합체성 시트로부터 선택되며, 제1 내부 면의 반대 쪽의 제1 외부 면 쪽에서 임의적인 하드 코트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(100, 200, 800, 900, 120).
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1 전극이 광물이고, 디바이스가, 제1 전극과 제1 투명 중합체성 배리어 필름 사이에, 전기 전도성이거나 또는 유전성이며 최대 10 μm의 두께 T3을 갖는 투명 및 중합체성 접착 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(200).
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 유전성 기판이 제1 유리 시트이며, 이는 제1 내부 면의 반대 쪽의 제1 외부 면 쪽에서, 또 다른 유리 시트와 열가소성 라미네이션 중간층을 통해 라미네이팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(500).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 중합체성 배리어 층이 제1 전극을 보유하는 제1의 필름이고, 임의적으로 제2 중합체성 배리어 층이 제2 전극을 보유하는 제2의 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 101, 110, 120).
- 제9항에 있어서, 디바이스가 제1 투명 유전성 접착제 층에 의해 또는 열가소성 라미네이션 중간층에 의해 제1 전극에 결합된, 중합체성이거나 또는 유리로 구성된 제1의 추가의 투명 시트를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(300, 500).
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 한 항에 있어서, 제1 중합체성 배리어 층이 착색되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스.
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디바이스가 글레이징을 포함하고, 스택(200)이 상기 글레이징의 주요 면의 일부에 걸쳐 스트립을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(900, 101, 110, 120).
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디바이스가 라미네이팅된 글레이징을 포함하고, 스택이 각각 "외부" 및 "내부" 글레이징인 제1 및 제2 글레이징 사이에 존재하며, 라미네이팅된 글레이징의 위쪽 부분에 걸쳐 주변 스트립을 형성하는데, 여기서 스택의 "외부" 에지 면은 외부 글레이징 상의 제1 불투명 주변 층에 의해 외부로부터 차폐되고/거나 스택의 "내부" 에지 면은 내부 글레이징 상의 제2 불투명 주변 층에 의해 내부로부터 차폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(900, 101, 110, 120).
- 제13항에 있어서, 글레이징이 라미네이팅되고, 굴곡되며, 자동차 또는 철도 차량 또는 선박의 글레이징으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스(900, 101, 110, 120).
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징이 글레이징된 도어, 상품 진열 윈도우 또는 진열 케이스, 파티션, 가로 시설물 또는 가정용 가구의 글레이징된 부분이고/거나 이중 또는 삼중 글레이징의 부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액정에 의해 달라질 수 있는 산란성을 갖는 전기적으로 제어가능한 디바이스.
