Claims (10)
- 유기용제를 포함하지 않고, 자외선 경화형 아크릴계 모노머로서는 3관능 이상의 아크릴계 다관능 모노머, 또는, 상기 아크릴계 다관능 모노머 및 아크릴계 2관능 모노머만을 포함하는 자외선 경화형 도료를 유기용제로 희석하지 않고 8 ㎫ 이상의 조건에서 혼합기에 공급하는 공정,
임계압력 이상의 이산화탄소를 상기 혼합기에 공급하는 공정,
상기 혼합기에 공급된 상기 자외선 경화형 도료 및 상기 이산화탄소를 혼합하여 혼합유체를 형성하는 공정,
상기 혼합유체를 이산화탄소의 임계압력 이상의 조건에서 분무함으로써 도막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 도막에 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하에서 5초에서 5분 이하의 열처리하는 공정, 및
상기 도막에 자외선을 조사함으로써 자외선 경화막을 형성하는 공정
을 구비하고,
상기 혼합유체에 있어서 상기 이산화탄소는 상기 자외선 경화형 도료로의 포화 용해 농도의 1.2배 이상 3.5배 이하의 첨가 농도로 혼합되어 있으며,
상기 혼합기에 공급하는 상기 자외선 경화형 도료의 온도는 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하인 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합유체의 노즐 분무 전 온도가 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하로 가열된 상태인 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기는 유로 직경이 1 ㎜ 이하인 마이크로 유로를 갖는 마이크로 혼합기인 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화형 도료는 추가로 광중합개시제를 포함하는 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 유기용제를 포함하지 않고, 자외선 경화형 아크릴계 모노머로서는 3관능 이상의 아크릴계 다관능 모노머, 또는, 상기 아크릴계 다관능 모노머 및 아크릴계 2관능 모노머만을 포함하는 자외선 경화형 도료를 유기용제로 희석하지 않고 8 ㎫ 이상의 조건에서 혼합기에 공급하는 공정,
임계압력 이상의 이산화탄소를 상기 혼합기에 공급하는 공정,
상기 혼합기에 공급된 상기 자외선 경화형 도료 및 상기 이산화탄소를 혼합하여 혼합유체를 형성하는 공정,
상기 혼합유체를 피도공물인 플라스틱 필름 상에 이산화탄소의 임계압력 이상의 조건에서 분무함으로써 도막을 형성하는 공정,
상기 도막에 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하에서 5초에서 5분 이하의 열처리하는 공정, 및
상기 도막에 자외선을 조사함으로써 자외선 경화막을 형성하는 공정
을 구비하고,
상기 혼합유체에 있어서 상기 이산화탄소는 상기 자외선 경화형 도료로의 포화 용해 농도의 1.2배 이상 3.5배 이하의 첨가 농도로 혼합되어 있으며,
상기 혼합기에 공급하는 상기 자외선 경화형 도료의 온도는 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하인 플라스틱 필름 상의 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 혼합유체의 노즐 분무 전 온도가 30℃ 이상 80℃ 이하로 가열된 상태인 플라스틱 필름 상의 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기는 유로 직경이 1 ㎜ 이하인 마이크로 유로를 갖는 마이크로 혼합기인 플라스틱 필름 상의 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 경화형 도료는 추가로 광중합개시제를 포함하는 플라스틱 필름 상의 자외선 경화막의 제조방법. - 삭제
