도 2는 본 발명에 따른 철도노반침하 보강공법을 설명하는 작업예시도이다.

Claims (3)
- 이동식 경량기포콘크리트 제조장치를 보강할 노반 측면의 경사면을 향해 배치하는 제1단계; 지반 침하 및 침식이 발생한 노반 측면의 경사면에 그라우트 주입부를 형성하는 제2단계; 이동식 경량기포콘크리트 제조장치를 통해 경량기포콘크리트 그라우트를 만드는 제3단계; 제조된 경량기포콘크리트 그라우트를 그라우트 주입부에 주입시공하는 제4단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제3단계에서 제조되는 경량기포콘크리트 그라우트는 물 100중량부에 대해, 알루미나시멘트 20중량부, 포틀랜트시멘트 20중량부, 소듐라우릴설페이트 10중량부, 벤토나이트 15중량부, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 페닐에테르 25중량부, 푸미카트(Pumicite) 10중량부, 블로운(Blown) 아스팔트 15중량부가 혼합되어 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 철도노반침하 보강공법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 물 100중량부에 대해, 아세트산에틸(Ethyl Acetate) 10중량부, 칼슘메틸실란트리오레이트(Calcium methylsilanetriolate) 6.5중량부를 더 첨가하여 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 경량기포콘크리트를 이용한 철도노반침하 보강공법.
