Claims (6)
- 형광체를 포함하는 입자와,
상기 입자의 표면을 피복하는 피복부
를 포함하는 표면 피복 형광체 입자로서,
상기 형광체는 일반식 M1 aM2 bM3 cAl3N4-dOd(단, M1은 Sr, Mg, Ca 및 Ba에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, M2는 Li, Na 및 K에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, M3은 Eu, Ce 및 Mn에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이다.)로 표현되는 조성을 갖고, 상기 a, b, c 및 d가 다음의 각 식을 충족하는 것이고,
0.850≤a≤1.150
0.850≤b≤1.150
0.001≤c≤0.015
0≤d≤0.40
0≤d/(a+d)<0.30
상기 피복부는 상기 입자의 최표면의 적어도 일부를 구성함과 함께, AlF3을 포함하고,
Cu-Kα선을 사용하여 측정한 당해 표면 피복 형광체 입자의 X선 회절 패턴에 있어서, 2θ가 23°이상 26°이하의 범위 내에 있는 최대 피크 A의 발광 강도를 IA라 하고, 2θ가 36°이상 39°이하의 범위 내에 있는 최대 피크 B의 발광 강도를 IB라 했을 때,
IA, IB가 IA/IB≤0.10을 충족하는 것인,
표면 피복 형광체 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 M1은 적어도 Sr을 포함하고, 상기 M2는 적어도 Li를 포함하고, 상기 M3은 적어도 Eu를 포함하는, 표면 피복 형광체 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
파장 300㎚의 광조사에 대한 확산 반사율이 56% 이상이고, 형광 스펙트럼의 피크 파장에 있어서의 광조사에 대한 확산 반사율이 80% 이상인, 표면 피복 형광체 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
파장 455㎚의 청색광으로 여기한 경우, 피크 파장이 640㎚ 이상 670㎚ 이하의 범위에 있고, 반값폭이 45㎚ 이상 60㎚ 이하인, 표면 피복 형광체 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
파장 455㎚의 청색광으로 여기한 경우, 발광색의 색순도가 CIE-xy 색도도에 있어서, x값이 0.680≤x<0.735를 충족하는, 표면 피복 형광체 입자. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면 피복 형광체 입자와, 발광 소자를 갖는 발광 장치.
