Claims (10)
- 각각 전극 리드를 포함하는 하나 이상의 전지 셀을 포함하는 전지 셀 적층체,
상기 전지 셀 적층체를 수납하는 모듈 프레임, 및
상기 전지 셀 적층체와 상기 모듈 프레임 사이에 배치되어 상기 전지셀 적층체의 일부분을 덮는 난연 캡 시트를 포함하고,
상기 난연 캡 시트는, 상기 전지 셀 적층체의 길이 방향의 전면부 및 후면부 중 어느 한 쪽에서 상기 전지 셀 적층체의 일부는 덮지 않도록 배치되고,
상기 난연 캡 시트로 덮이지 않은 부분에서는, 상기 난연 캡 시트가 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상부면, 하부면, 양측면, 및 길이 방향의 단부를 덮지 않도록 형성되어 있고, 상기 난연 캡 시트에 의해 덮여 있는 부분에서는, 상기 난연 캡 시트가 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상부면, 하부면, 양측면, 및 길이 방향의 단부를 덮도록 형성되어 있는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전면부 및 후면부 중 상기 난연 캡 시트가 완전히 덮인 부분에서 상기 난연 캡 시트는 상기 전극 리드를 외부로 인출하기 위하여 개구된 하나 이상의 개구부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 난연 캡 시트는 실리콘, 운모로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 난연 재료를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지 셀 적층체의 길이 방향 단부에 배치되는 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트를 더욱 포함하고,
상기 전면부 및 후면부 중 상기 난연 캡 시트가 완전히 덮인 부분에서 상기 난연 캡 시트는 상기 엔드 플레이트와 상기 전지 셀 적층체 사이에 위치하는 전지 모듈. - 제4항에서,
상기 전면부 및 후면부 중 상기 난연 캡 시트에 의해 덮이지 않는 부분에서 상기 엔드 플레이트와 상기 전지 셀 적층체 사이에는 상기 난연 캡 시트가 배치되지 않는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 난연 캡 시트는 적어도 일부에 복수의 벤트 홀을 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 복수의 벤트 홀은 상기 전지 셀 적층체의 상면에 대응하여 배치되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지 셀 적층체에서 발화될 경우, 상기 난연 캡 시트에 의해 덮이지 않은 전면부 또는 후면부로 화염이 유도되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 난연 캡 시트와 상기 모듈 프레임의 상부면 사이에 배치되고, 상기 전극 리드와 전기적으로 연결되는 버스바를 포함하는 버스바 프레임을 더욱 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈을 패키징하는 팩 케이스
를 포함하는 전지 팩.
