Claims (8)
- 서로 대향되게 위치하는 상, 하부 기판과;상기 상부 기판의 하부에 형성되며 화상을 표시하는 LCD 패널부와;상기 하부 기판과 상기 LCD 패널부의 사이에 개입하여 빛을 발생시키는 유기 EL부와;상기 상부 기판의 외측에 차례대로 적층되는 위상차판 및 편광판;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL부는 상기 하부 기판의 상면에 형성되며 빛을 상부로 반사시켜 주는 유기 EL 구동반사전극과;상기 유기 EL 구동반사전극의 상면에 형성되며 전자 수송층, 발광층, 홀 수송층의 순서대로 아래에서부터 적층되는 유기 EL층과;상기 LCD 패널부와 상기 유기 EL층 사이에 개입되어 상기 발광층에서 발광하도록 상기 홀수송층에 홀을 공급하는 유기 EL 구동투명전극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LCD 패널부는 각각 상기 상부 기판의 저면과 상기 유기 EL부의 상면에위치하며 서로 대향되는 상, 하부 투명전극과;상기 상, 하부 투명전극의 내측에 각각 형성되며 표면이 러빙처리되어 액정이 배향되도록 하는 상, 하부 배향막과;상기 상, 하부 배향막의 사이에 액정이 충전되는 액정층과;상기 하부 투명전극의 하부에 형성되어 상기 유기 EL 구동투명전극과 단락되지 않도록 하는 절연층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 LCD 패널부의 하부 투명전극과 절연층의 사이에 개입되며 서로 다른 색의 화소를 복수개 형성하는 칼라 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 개구가 형성된 반투과 반사막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 구동반사전극과 상기 유기 EL 구동투명전극은 모두 스트라이프 형상으로 형성되어 서로 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반투과 반사막의 개구는 상기 유기 EL 구동반사전극 및 상기 유기 EL 구동투명전극이 교차하는 교차부와 대응되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 구동투명전극은 ITO막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
