Claims (14)
- 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
에폭시 당량이 50 내지 200 g/eq인 제1경화제 및 에폭시 당량이 300 내지 1000 g/eq인 제2경화제가 혼합된 경화제 10 내지 40중량부;
경화촉진제 0.1 내지 10중량부; 및
내후성 메탈릭안료 1 내지 10중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지는,
산가가 20 내지 40 mgKOH/g인 제1폴리에스터 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지는,
산가가 41 내지 50 mgKOH/g인 제2폴리에스터 수지를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1폴리에스터 수지와 상기 제2폴리에스터 수지는 1~9:1의 중량비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1경화제 및 상기 제2경화제는,
혼합되는 중량비가 1:2~20인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1경화제 및 상기 제2경화제는,
지방족 에폭시(Aliphatic epoxy), 방향족 에폭시(Aromatic epoxy), 하이드록시알킬 아미드(Hydroxyalkyl amide), 하드록시 메타 아크릴레이트(Hydroxy meta acrylate) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 경화촉진제는,
안티몬계, 게르마늄계, 티탄계 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 내후성 메탈릭안료로는,
실리카로 코팅된 알루미늄(Silica-coated Aluminium), 유기폴리머로 코팅된 알루미늄(Organic polymer coated Aluminium) 및 졸-겔 실리카로 코팅된 알루미늄(Sol-gel silica coated Aluminium) 중 적어도 어느 하나가 사용되거나, 또는
무기 졸-겔 실리카 코팅(Inorganic sol-gel silica coating)과 유기 폴리머 코팅(Organic polymer coating)의 더블 코팅된 알루미늄 피그먼트(Double coated Aluminium pigment)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물은,
5 내지 50중량부의 무기충진제;를 더 포함하고,
상기 무기충진제는 바륨설페이트, 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 수산화 마그네슘, 수산화 알루미나, 크레이, 운모, 알루미나, 월라스토나이트, 탈크 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물은,
0.5 내지 5중량부의 UV안정제;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물은,
0.1 내지 15중량부의 첨가제;를 더 포함하고,
상기 첨가제는 유색안료, 분산제, 웨팅제, 접착력 향상제, 광택조절제 및 핀홀 방지제, 경도 향상제 중 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물.
- 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 에폭시 당량이 50 내지 200 g/eq인 제1경화제 1 내지 10중량부, 에폭시 당량이 300 내지 1000 g/eq인 제2경화제 10 내지 30중량부, 경화촉진제 0.1 내지 10중량부 및 내후성 메탈릭안료 1 내지 10중량부를 예비 혼합하여 제1혼합물을 제조하는 예비혼합단계;
상기 예비혼합단계에서 제조된 제1혼합물을 70 내지 130℃의 온도에서 용융분산시켜 칩 형태로 제조하는 칩제조단계;
상기 칩제조단계에서 제조된 칩을 분쇄하여 평균 크기가 30 내지 50㎛인 도료입자를 제조하는 도료입자제조단계;
상기 제조된 도료입자를 100 내지 200㎛ 크기의 통기구멍을 갖는 여과체로 여과하여 베이스도료를 제조하는 여과단계;
상기 제조된 베이스도료에 상기 메탈릭안료 1 내지 10중량부를 추가로 혼합하여 메탈릭도료를 제조하는 메탈릭안료혼합단계; 및
상기 제조된 메탈릭도료를 100 내지 200㎛ 크기의 통기구멍을 갖는 여과체로 재여과하는 재여과단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 예비혼합단계에서,
상기 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지는,
산가가 20 내지 40 mgKOH/g인 제1폴리에스터 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 예비혼합단계에서,
상기 고내후성 폴리에스터 수지는,
산가가 20 내지 40 mgKOH/g인 제1폴리에스터 수지와, 산가가 41 내지 50 mgKOH/g인 제2폴리에스터 수지로 구성되고,
상기 제1폴리에스터 수지와 상기 제2폴리에스터 수지는 1~9:1의 중량비로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 예비혼합단계에서,
5 내지 50중량부의 무기충진제, 0.5 내지 5중량부의 UV안정제 및 0.1 내지 15중량부의 첨가제 중 적어도 어느 하나가 더 예비 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동차 루프랙용 열경화성 분체도료 조성물의 제조방법.
