Abstract
본 발명은 1, 2-디에테르 유기화합물을 가지고 촉매를 접촉함으로써 전이원소 올레핀 중합촉매의 활성을 감소시키거나 활성을 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
자세히 고찰해보면 본 발명은 올레핀 중합반응에서 사용된 지글러-나타 전이원소 촉매의 활성을 감소시키는 방법을 제공하며 하기식에 나타낸 화합물과 상기 촉매를 접촉하는 것이 포함된다.
상기식에서, R1,R2,R3, 및 R4는 동일하거나 또는 다른것으로 수소, 선형 또는 분지쇄를 갖는 1∼20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬라디칼, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬이며 수소를 제외하고는 결합하여 벤젠 또는 시클로알킬 고리를 형성한다. R5및 R6는 수소를 제외하고는 R1,R2,R3,및 R4와 같은 의미를 가지며, R5및 R6는 R1,R2,R3및 R4와 결합하여 산소원자를 포함하는 환상의 알킬을 형성하고, 또한 R5및 R6는 1∼20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 2가의 탄화수소 라디칼을 형성하도록 결합될수 있으며, 상기 혼합물은 상기 올레핀 중합반응 촉매의 활성을 감소시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재한다.

Claims (10)
- 하기식으로 나타내는 화합물과 지글러-나타 전이원소 촉매를 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합반응에서 채용되는 지글러-나타 전이원소 촉매의 활성감소방법.상기식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 동일하거나 또는 다른것으로 수소, 선형 또는 분지쇄를 갖는 1∼20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬라디칼, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬이며 수소를 제외하고는 결합하여 벤젠 또는 시클로알킬 고리를 형성한다. R5및 R6는 1∼20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 2가의 탄화수소 라디칼을 형성하도록 결합될수 있으며, 상기 혼합물은 상기 혼합물은 상기 올레핀 중합반응 촉매의 활성을 감소시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R1,R2,R3및 R4는 수소 1∼6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 3 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 시클로 알킬, 6 내지 14개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴기이고, R5및 R6는 수소를 제외하고는 같은 의미를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성감소 화합물이 1, 2-디메톡시벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성감소 화합물이 1, 2-디메톡시에탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬 및 지르코늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전이원소상에 기재된 지글러-나타 촉매로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 바나듐 기재촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 티탄 기재촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성감소제가 상기 전이원소 촉매 1몰당 약 0.01몰 내지 약 10몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성감소제가 상기 전이원소 촉매 1몰당 약 0.01몰 내지 약 5몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
