Trying to make RPGs that feel like discovering a strange PS1 game at 2AM. Built in RPG Developer Bakin.
These projects may appear to have been developed quickly, but they build on years of experimentation, failed prototypes, custom assets, workflows, and lessons learned across multiple engines and game jams.
The goal of these releases is not to create a brand-new pipeline each time, but to improve an existing one. Character systems, UI layouts, combat systems, environmental assets, music workflows, camera setups, and event structures are continually refined and reused between projects.
Everything shown here was created using the tools and systems already available in RPG Developer Bakin, with an emphasis on understanding the engine's strengths rather than fighting against its limitations.
Each project is both a standalone game and a test bed for the next one.
