All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplement products.

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned.

Discretionary Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

We may, on a case-by-case basis, offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect product was sent

  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

To request review, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear proof (photos and/or videos).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Adverse reactions, sensitivities, or allergies

  • Failure to achieve desired or expected results

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
