Purchases made on shoppostoak.com may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. The Shops at Post Oak does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Order are fulfilled Monday to Friday and shipped within 2 business days.

Fine jewelry, verified luxury (LePrix), sunglasses and orders exceeding $1,000 must have a signature required upon delivery.

Full Price Items: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for full refund within 7 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. The cost of return shipping and an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (excluding the original shipping fee). Original shipping charges, shipping protection, and redeemed rewards are non-refundable. We only refund shipping costs if the wrong item was sent.

Sale Items: Products purchased on sale do not qualify for returns or exchanges. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Certain sale items may qualify for an even exchange based on case.

Fine Jewelry/Fashion Jewelry: Fine Jewelry and Fashion Jewelry products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Swimwear/Undergarments: Swimwear and Undergarment products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Verified Luxury: Verified Luxury (LePrix) products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Items must be in unused condition

Items must have all tags attached

$8 restocking fee is required

Our guest service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 2-5 days of receiving your return. Once your return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If your product does NOT meet our return requirements, you will not be reimburse. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post a refund transaction to your account. Contact your banking institution for their policies.

Damages or Defective

Damage or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement. Contact us with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.

Lost or Stolen

Lost or stolen shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. Contact us with your order number and detailed description of issue.

Update Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Corrections must be made within 15 minutes. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed, replaced, or refunded due to address errors. Landry’s Inc. may correct invalid addresses but is not responsible for any costs.
