Wolfire Games develops innovative, independent games for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.

Our company was started by David Rosen in 2003 to organize his open source video game contest entries. After graduating college in 2008, he was joined by his twin brother Jeff, and three friends, and Wolfire Games officially dove into the independent game industry!

Since then, our team has changed several times, and we've launched four successful commercial games (Overgrowth, Lugaru HD, Receiver and Receiver 2). We also submitted entries to at least four additional game jams (Gridlock, Desperate Gods, Broadside Express, Low Light Combat).

Wolfire also created the wildly successful Humble Indie Bundle, which soon was spun off by Jeff Rosen and John Graham, to grow as its own company.
