The New Materials Division has a vision to “launch key parts to the world”. Building on our long-standing film-forming technology, the divis ion delivers high functional products to our customers around the world. Such products include optical films for smartphones and TVs and urethane elastomer films for automobile parts and medical use. We will continue to promote our products in areas and fields tha t are constantly evolving and have significant social needs, such as the information electronics field, the functional materials for manufacturing processes field in automotive industry, and the life science field in medicine and welfare.

The Building Materials Division offers various materials for houses, furniture, and other products widely used in daily life. Our advanced technology, based on the decorating and processing techniques we have developed over time, is friendly to living space. We also offer safety and security for business space by providing materials.
