Technical issues
This morning was my first consultation. Unfortunately there was a technical problem and it was unable to proceed. In a panic I contact patient support and was speaking to Olivia Briggs who settled my nerves and sorted out the issues in a positive, efficient and professional manner. She also gave advice on how to proceed with the next consultation to avoid problems. Shortly after giving me another slot, she emailed to.apologise and had to put it back due to the type of Dr I need to speak with. She was clearly following up on our conversation and I felt that these people actually care...... very helpful.
