If you're referring to my Celesse.art site, I just have a straight up plain ol' website hosting service and built my website with hand-coded HTML. I wouldn't call it a platform really, and it doesn't have templates or anything like that.
I've heard Carrd is good if you're looking for something easy, have you tried that one?
