2C-E-FLYは、フェネチルアミン系、2C系、FLY系の幻覚作用を有する娯楽用デザイナードラッグである。動物実験では2C-Eや2C-B-FLYよりも効力はやや弱いが薬物に適した反応は維持される^[1]^[2]^[3]。
