Blacksky（ブラックスカイ）は、非中央集権型ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームを構築するためのオープンソースのデジタル公共インフラプロジェクトであり、Blacksky Algorithms社によって開発・保守されている。このプロジェクトは、黒人のソーシャルメディアユーザー（ユーザーの多くは以前Black TwitterBlack Twitterを利用していた）を支援するために、キュレーションされたフィードとモデレーションツールを提供している[2]。
Blackskyは、Rustプログラミング言語で独自に構築された技術スタック「rsky」を用いてAT Protocolの代替実装を実行している[3]。Blackskyは、Blueskyやプロトコルネットワーク上の他のホストが運営するインフラストラクチャとは独立している（ただし、Blueskyとの相互運用性は確保されている）。技術者のRudy Fraserが2021年にこのプロジェクトを開始し、2023年にローンチした[4][5][6][7]。2024年時点で、6人のモデレーターチームによって運営されている[8][9][10][11][12][13]。
