Law Enforcement or Regulatory Enquiries
Court orders, notices and law enforcement enquiries should be addressed to CoinJar Australia Pty Ltd by email to compliance@coinjar.com.
CoinJar will only respond to valid requests or notices issued in compliance with applicable law.
Law enforcement enquiries must also include a formal request on letterhead which is dated and signed by an authorised person, which includes:
- the subject or individual(s) of the request
- the information requested
- the statutory powers under which the information is requested (if any)
- confirmation that the information is required for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution or punishment of criminal offences.
