About Hidden Door
Hidden Door is a game technology studio building the platform for immersive fan experiences in beloved fictional worlds. We believe the future of entertainment will be driven by fans, hand-in-hand with creators, using the latest tools and technologies.
About the Game
Hidden Door is where roleplay meets fan fiction, and you can be the hero of your own stories set in their favorite worlds, licensed from authors and other creators you love.
With the vibe of a tabletop roleplaying game — including a playful Narrator as your guide — you'll experience endless adventures together with a host of generated characters, items, and locations. Coming soon, you'll be able to collect, trade, and share your cards to remix into new worlds and stories together with the community.
History
Founded in 2020 by Hilary Mason and Matt Brandwein, we're proud to be backed by Makers Fund, Northzone, Betaworks, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Homebrew, and angels Dan Sturman (former CTO of Roblox) and Joshua Schacter (founder of del.icio.us).
