I began my journey at Intuit as an intern. Over the course of 17 years stepping into a leadership role, I absolutely love our way of working. I have seen first-hand our shift from use case-based development to a platform-driven company. Cut to 2019, our strategy shifted to becoming an AI-driven expert platform. By 2022, we were already ahead from playing catch-up because of our early investments in AI.
