Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  2. 1 large chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup each chopped celery & green pepper
  4. 3 clove garlic minced
  5. 2 can (28oz) diced tomatoes
  6. 3 can (16oz) red kidney beans drained
  7. 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
  8. 2 tbsp chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsp tabasco sauce more or less to your taste
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp pepper
  12. 1 can (12oz) Molson Canadian beer or beer of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    in a large pot over medium heat cook beef, onion, garlic, celery and green pepper till meat is no longer pink, drain fat, add beer and spices simmer 20 minutes

  2. 2

    combine the rest of ingredients with the cooked beef mixture

  3. 3

    cover and let simmer 60 - 90 minutes stirring occasionally
