in a large pot over medium heat cook beef, onion, garlic, celery and green pepper till meat is no longer pink, drain fat, add beer and spices simmer 20 minutes

combine the rest of ingredients with the cooked beef mixture

cover and let simmer 60 - 90 minutes stirring occasionally

Hot Chilli Chocolate Hot Chilli Chocolate
I have been seeing quite a few recipes for hot chocolate that use chilli so I thought I'd make my own and see how it tasted. I did add a tad too much chilli so do be careful when adding your spices but all in all it wasn't a bad combination. Rae
