CuraScript SD values your time. To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer extended weekday service hours of 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time and flexible order options including telephone, fax and online ordering*.
*Orders placed before 7:00 PM Eastern will be processed same day. Orders place outside of our normal service hours will be processed the following business day.
CuraScript SD believes in delivering superior customer service and assigns a dedicated Account Manager to all accounts. In addition, CuraScript SD offers a fully-staffed Customer Service team available during extended weekday service hours.

CuraScript SD offers online ordering using our state-of-the-art e-commerce platform. Our site, located at CurascriptSD.com features a customized shopping list of your frequently ordered items, extensive product browse and search capabilities, account summary, group account access and more. To get started using this service, please request access online or by calling your personal Account Manager.
All orders over $200 are shipped prepaid by CuraScript SD. Products may arrive in separate shipments based on product requirements; stock availability may also affect the number of shipments per order.
CuraScript SD provides Next Day service on all refrigerated products. Second Day delivery is customary on all other pharmaceuticals, while medical supplies, fluids and hazardous materials are shipped via Ground service. Friday-for-Monday delivery on refrigerated products is offered at no additional charge.
CuraScript SD offers expedited and emergency shipping options within the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam for an additional charge. Please contact your Account Manager to request emergency shipping.
Our goal is to ship every order accurately and, in the event of an error, efficiently resolve any issue. Please report wrong items, errors in quantity (over/short) and damages within two (2) business days of receipt. Controlled substance claims must be reported immediately per DEA requirements.
CuraScript SD requires a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form for products to be returned. An RGA form can be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department at 877.599.7748, or by using CurascriptSD.com. All products must be returned to CuraScript SD within 30 days of RGA request; products received without a signed RGA will be held until an authorized RGA is entered or may be destroyed if the product is compromised or damaged. RGA documentation must match lot numbers of returned products*.
Products Eligible for Return
Only products purchased from CuraScript SD will be eligible for return. All products returned must be in the original package (unopened, unmarked, and in original containers) and maintain product labeled storage conditions, including while in transit back to the Distribution Center, to be eligible for credit. CuraScript SD reserves the right to determine the eligibility of product to be returned for credit upon receipt and inspection; a return processing fee may be applied.
Shipping Errors or Damages
The CuraScript SD Customer Service Department must be notified of shipping errors or damages within 2 business days of receipt and product is returned to our distribution center within 30 days of RGA request. CuraScript SD will arrange for pickup of all authorized products to be returned. CuraScript SD will charge a fee for this service unless the return is the result of a CuraScript SD error.
Items Not Eligible for Return
*CuraScript SD follows all federal and state regulations regarding returns and DSCSA requirements. This policy is subject to change without notice by CuraScript SD.
CuraScript SD extends payment terms and assigns credit limits based on the financial information provided in your New Account Set-up Packet, your estimated monthly purchase volume and payer mix. New accounts are reviewed after four months to assess the original credit limit and payment history and adjustments can be made if deemed necessary.
