Our Lisbon Story

From our launch in late 2021 with just a handful of Dutonians, we've grown into a thriving team of over 120 colleagues in Portugal! Our commitment to the region continues to strengthen, and in January 2025, we moved into our stunning new downtown Lisbon office with spectacular city views.

In the community

At PagerDuty, we know the greatest impact comes from collective action. The heart of our impact, Dutonians contribute their passions and expertise to create change.

In Portugal, we are proud supporters of Portuguese Women in Tech. We invest in their mission and support their mentorship program directly with PagerDuty mentors. The program is designed "to empower and inspire female tech students and recent graduates and to provide them with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive tech industry."

Led by our local Community Responders, PagerDuty Lisbon also actively participates in team volunteering initiatives, like packing and distributing food at Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome Lisboa.

Our Portugal office is in a vibrant location in downtown Lisbon. Most of our employees work hybrid, and enjoy the opportunity to come to the office for in-person collaboration - and daily catered lunch 😋. We're accessible by public transportation and walkable to many food, coffee, and entertainment options, if you'd like to step out for some fresh air.
