sounds like a bug for indivi, but if i were to guess what to do for temp fix either reload game or go somewhere where you get strung up to change arm state

they can teach you magic, just have to unlock the right thing with stat + find the library person to talk to, as well as a few other criteria. and while fast travel could be better, there are area skips once you finish the bulk of an area.

you can read the patreon post titles and see it's the greek house update. pregnancy is still a ways off seems like.

you can disable certain things - example, if you don't like the bdsm gear specifically, you can make it so they can't put it on you. somewhere in the me-encounters menus.

updates are definitely more frequent on patreon, but how different the version is varies - when a public release happens it's pretty much got all the same content as the patreon version.

getting rachel far enough in her storyline basically causes you to get far enough in the park storyline, so yeah

they fade with time, but I believe they also can be healed at the doctor

and you can give it to rachel by just interacting a lot once done her storyline, still no luck on robin though

at least on desktop, you can also carefully edit variables to manually set spawn rates lower and higher than  normally possible, as long as you do it before it generates the world.

there's a release candidate around on the patreon, so reasonably soon.
