What challenge were you trying to address with NTT DATA Romania?

We hired NTT DATA Romania to provide custom software development services.

SOLUTION

What is the scope of their involvement?

NTT DATA Romania is helping us develop a price comparison portal starting from a code that we already had, which they're maintaining and further developing. However, they've created small pieces from scratch while working on the front- and backend of the portal, using C# and Angular as their main technologies. 

In terms of functionalities, the platform allows users to make credit comparisons for loans. Users can upload their data to send it to the banks and receive offers in real-time to compare them and pick the best one.

What is the team composition?

We work with about 12 members of NTT DATA Romania's team, including QA analysts, senior backend developers, and frontend developers.

How did you come to work with NTT DATA Romania?

They were already working with us when I took my current position.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent $1 million–$10 million with them.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working together in January 2012, and the engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to their work, we've experienced a huge conversion boost of at least a 50% conversion increase.

How did NTT DATA Romania perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; they're hardworking, motivated, decent, and good programmers.  In terms of tools and communication, we use Jira, Skype, and Microsoft Teams. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
