At the moment, the project is still in progress, but is already coming to an end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. We have been able to reduce the average time to complete the design documentation process. 
2. Improved customer satisfaction. Our company is not engaged in engineering design, therefore, working with ODDIN, we can offer these services to clients. 
3. Saving resources. We ordered the production of drawings, the creation of a model and calculations from ODDIN and this saved our own resources.

ODDIN project management approach was effective and well-organized.Throughout the project, they consistently met deadlines and ensured task completion in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline. They were highly attentive and responsive to our needs and maintained open communication. When we had questions, concerns, or requested changes, they promptly addressed them.

ODDIN have been extremely amazing to help with the project when several companies failed to deliver, they deliver their work and the others work incredibly. Their main task was: 

• Steel design

• Steel heavy and light weight 

They then delivered coordination toTimber and Concrete also.

The construction site was flowing without any clashes.

Their hard work even though the war was going on. I was impressed with their true warrior mentality in doing what they promised.

Ask for more price, the delivery of the work is to great and given 10 times back again.

The main scope of work in the first project was full 3D model creation according to architecture, constructions, insert electricity schemes according to tasks, connection detail placement according to design tasks etc. After that for both project was necessity to reinforce all of the precast concrete elements according to engineer tasks and workshop drawing creation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think the key of the success was communication and giving all of the latest information, changes, and tasks. I ODDIN found some trickyplace in the model or tasks they immidiatelly asked or let me know about that.

I think the management was really good. All of the drawings more or less were on time delivered. Before the schedluesI poresented what I need to reach and we discussed is it acceptable and doable. One of the problem was that I am learning management as far they were my first projects.Despite of my controlled chaos in management we did everything on time and correctly.

I understood that ODDIN team are young employees by the ages but it does not affect their ambitions to learn, to listen, to improve their skills and knowledges.

A bit hard to say because theese were the first projects together with them for me as the project engineer but so far I actually don't see what to improove.
